How Much Does Survicate Cost?

The real price of the surveys and customer-feedback tool, plan by plan, slider included.

Short answer: Survicate has a free plan (25 responses a month, no credit card), then the first paid tier Starter at $89/month and Growth at $114/month billed annually. The trap to know about: the bill is driven by a response slider, so the price you see rises with the volume of responses you collect. Above that, Pro at $349/month and Enterprise at $569/month are quote-based. We walk through every plan and what you really pay for your profile.

What each Survicate plan costs

These are Survicate's five plans, from free to Enterprise. The price shown per plan is not fixed: it is driven by a response slider, so it rises with the volume of responses you collect. The figures below are the starting prices recorded in June 2026. Pro and Enterprise are bought over the phone, with a custom annual response pool.

Prices checked June 2026 on survicate.com/pricing and cross-referenced across several sources. Survicate bills by the volume of responses collected via a slider, so each plan's price moves with the quota you pick. Growth starts around $56/month at the low end of the slider and reaches $114/month at 250 responses. Pro and Enterprise show a starting price but scale on a quote, with a custom annual response pool.

Mind the headline price

Survicate bills by response volume

The price you see is only a starting point. Because Survicate bills by response volume, several levers push the bill up. Here are the ones to watch before you sign.

The response slider

This is the main lever. Every plan has a response slider: Starter up to 500/month, Growth up to 1,500/month, Pro and Enterprise on custom annual pools. The more you collect, the higher the same plan costs. The figure on display matches the default setting, not your real volume.

Overage fees

On Starter and the fixed-quota tiers, going past your monthly limit triggers overage fees, billed at the end of the period. This is the most common hidden cost: a campaign that takes off can blow up the month's bill.

Research Hub data points

The AI Research Hub burns through data points, a meter separate from responses. The trial gives you 100 data points, and the quota grows with the plan. If you aggregate feedback from several sources, track this meter on its own.

Seats, integrations and branding

Seats go from 3 (Free) to 10 (Growth), then custom. Integrations range from ~25 (Growth) to 40+ (Pro) and 44+ (Enterprise). Removing the Survicate branding and AI analysis only unlock from Growth up.

  • Just testing? The free plan (25 responses) is enough to validate the tool.
  • Launching a serious program? Aim for Growth, not Starter, for unlimited surveys.
  • Collecting a lot? Size the response slider before you sign.
  • Going over your quota? Check the overage fees on your tier.
  • Want the AI Research Hub? That is Pro and up, quote-based.
Our method

How we size the real cost

Survicate's headline price does not tell you what you actually pay, because it depends on two meters: the volume of responses collected (the slider) and, for AI, the data points. To size the real cost, we reason by usage profile, with annual billing when it is available, on the plan that fits your volume.

Is Survicate expensive?

Survicate's price versus the alternatives

Survicate sits at the higher end of the survey-tool range. Here is how its entry price compares to Typeform, SurveyMonkey and Hotjar, which bill differently.

Entry prices checked June 2026. Different billing models.

Typeform

SurveyMonkey

Billed per user

~$39/month (Advantage, annual)
  • Limited free plan (10 questions)
  • Annual commitment on pro plans
  • A classic survey staple

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. Survicate bills by response volume, Typeform does too, SurveyMonkey bills per user. Hotjar Ask is closer for in-product feedback, from ~$49/month annual with a free plan (20 responses/month), but it is migrating toward Contentsquare tiers. Survicate stays pricier at entry, yet it combines multichannel surveys and an AI Research Hub the others do not match.

The verdict

So, is Survicate expensive?

Our take after testing it: Survicate sits at the higher end, but the value holds up for the right profile. Here is when it pays off, and how to pay less.

Good value if…

You are launching a real multichannel feedback program. At $114/month on Growth with unlimited surveys, AI analysis and 25+ integrations, Survicate does the job that pricier tools charge for as add-ons. The support, praised as excellent by users, adds real value.

Too expensive if…

You just need a few forms or your response volume is unpredictable. The jump from free (25 responses) to Starter ($89/month, 2 surveys) is steep, and the overage fees make the bill hard to forecast. For simple forms, Typeform works out cheaper.

How to pay less

Stay on the free plan to validate the tool, use the 10-day Growth trial with no card, and size your response slider as tightly as you can. Jump straight to Growth rather than Starter for unlimited surveys, and keep Pro for when you genuinely need the AI Research Hub.

  • Start on the free plan: 25 responses/month, no card.
  • Use the 10-day Growth trial, full access, no card.
  • Aim for Growth, not Starter, for unlimited active surveys.
  • Size your response slider as tightly as possible to avoid overage.
  • Keep the AI Research Hub (Pro) for when you really need it.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Survicate pricing

  • How much does Survicate cost per month?
Survicate has a free plan that covers 25 responses a month, with no credit card. The first paid tier, Starter, is $89/month billed monthly, then Growth is $114/month billed annually for 250 responses, with unlimited surveys and AI analysis. Above that, Pro shows $349/month and Enterprise $569/month, both quote-based with a custom annual response pool. The key point: each plan's price is driven by a response slider, so it rises with the volume you collect. The smart move is to size your real volume before you pick a tier.
  • Does Survicate have a free plan?
Yes, Survicate offers a permanent free plan with no credit card. It covers 25 responses a month, one active survey, up to three seats, 30-day data retention and basic CRM integrations. That is enough to test the survey builder and distribution, but too tight for an active team program: there is only one active survey and the response quota fills up fast. Treat it as a trial before you buy rather than a viable day-to-day plan. For real use, you will need to move up to Starter or Growth.
  • Why does Survicate's price differ across sources?
Because the pricing page uses a response slider. The price shown for a given plan moves when you drag the number of monthly or annual responses. That is the main reason the published figures differ from one site to another: each one captures the price at a different setting. Growth, for example, starts around $56/month at the low end of the slider and reaches $114/month at 250 responses, up to 1,500 responses at the top. For a reliable price, set your target response volume, then read the matching rate directly on survicate.com/pricing.
  • How much does Survicate cost per year?
With annual billing, the Growth plan works out to roughly $1,368/year, or $114/month for 250 responses, with unlimited surveys and AI analysis. Pro runs around $4,188/year and Enterprise around $6,828/year at starting prices, but both of those tiers scale on a quote with a custom annual response pool. Growth, Pro and Enterprise are paid annually upfront, while only Starter ($89/month) stays on self-serve monthly. Always check the exact price on the official page before you pay, since it depends on the slider setting and can change.
  • How much does the Survicate Growth plan cost?
The Growth plan is the most useful tier for a real feedback program. It is shown at $114/month billed annually for 250 responses a month, but like every plan its price follows the response slider: it starts around $56/month at the low end and climbs up to 1,500 responses. Growth unlocks unlimited active surveys, ten seats, 25+ integrations, AI analysis and removal of the Survicate branding. It comes with a 10-day trial, no credit card, giving full feature access capped at 25 responses while you test.
  • What makes the Survicate bill go up?
Three main levers. First, the volume of responses collected: this is the central meter, exposed as a slider on every plan, and the more you collect, the higher the price. Second, overage fees: on Starter and the fixed-quota tiers, crossing your monthly limit triggers extra billing at the end of the period. Third, the AI Research Hub data points, a meter separate from responses that climbs if you aggregate feedback from several sources. On top of that come seats (3 to 10 depending on the plan), the integrations tier and branding removal, both unlocked from Growth up.
  • Is Survicate more expensive than Typeform or SurveyMonkey?
At entry, yes. Survicate starts at $89/month on Starter, where Typeform Basic is about $25/month annual and SurveyMonkey around $39/month. But the tools do not do the same thing: Typeform centers on polished forms, SurveyMonkey on classic surveys, while Survicate combines multichannel surveys, in-product distribution and an AI Research Hub. If you just want to collect a few forms, Typeform works out cheaper. If you run an ongoing CX program with NPS, CSAT and CES distributed across several channels, Survicate justifies its higher price.
  • Is there a discount for paying Survicate annually?
Survicate does not publish a generic annual discount percentage. The model works through a monthly/annual toggle: Growth, Pro and Enterprise are billed annually and paid upfront, which gives a lower effective monthly rate, while Starter stays on self-serve monthly. The only firm published discount is 25% off annual plans for education and non-profit organizations, arranged through sales. To pay less, the best lever stays sizing your response slider as tightly as possible and only moving up a plan when your volume genuinely requires it.
  • How much does Survicate cost for high response volume?
For high volume, you will move onto Pro ($349/month shown) or Enterprise ($569/month shown), both quote-based with an annual response pool sized by sales. Pro unlocks the AI Research Hub, 40+ integrations, advanced analytics and a dedicated customer success manager. Enterprise adds all the integrations, SSO, access logs, custom legal documents and priority support. Because the response pool is annual and negotiated, the real bill depends on your volume: ask for a quote matched to your campaigns to avoid overage fees.
  • Can I cancel or change Survicate plans easily?
Yes, the subscription is managed from your account, and Starter stays on monthly with no long commitment. The watch-out concerns the annual tiers: Growth, Pro and Enterprise lock you in for a year, so you are committed for the length of the contract once you subscribe. Before signing an annual plan, validate your real response volume during the 10-day trial so you do not oversize your slider. Also remember to export your responses and data before closing an account, since retention varies by plan (from 30 days on free to several years on the higher tiers).
