Why AI training in 2026 is no longer optional.

Let's be honest: 18 months ago, AI training was a “nice to have”. An early adopter thing. In 2026, it's become a business and regulatory imperative. The AI job market is exploding with over 166,000 job postings requiring AI skills, and governments worldwide are racing to upskill their workforce. Meanwhile, only 15% of companies are actually training their teams on AI. The gap between those who master AI and the rest is widening every single week.

On top of that, the EU AI Act comes into force on August 2, 2026 with penalties for companies that fail to train their staff on AI literacy. Waiting is no longer an option. This isn't about tech curiosity. It's about professional survival.

In practice, professionals who master AI today save between 10 and 15 hours per week on repetitive tasks. Those who don't won't be replaced by AI. They'll be replaced by someone who knows how to use it.

Why · regulation

AI regulation is here: EU AI Act, US Executive Orders — the rules have changed.

If market pressure wasn't enough, regulation is here to seal the deal. Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires a minimum level of AI literacy for all teams working with artificial intelligence systems. It's already in force.

But the key date is August 2, 2026. From that point, national enforcement and penalties kick in across Europe. If your teams use AI tools without proper training, your company faces fines. This is not a recommendation — it's law.

Read more+2

In the US, Executive Orders on AI safety and workforce development are pushing federal agencies and contractors toward mandatory AI training standards. Major corporations are following suit. Whether you operate in Europe, the US, or both — the direction is the same. Regulators on both sides of the Atlantic are demanding three things: clear governance of AI systems used within the organization, adequate human oversight of decisions made or assisted by AI, and demonstrable AI skills among employees who use these technologies daily.

For executives, HR leaders and team leads, the message is clear: AI training is no longer a performance lever — it's a legal and strategic obligation. And the clock is ticking. Our bootcamps let you check that box fast. In 4 weeks, your team acquires the hands-on AI skills that regulators demand — with a practical approach that goes far beyond the basic “awareness course” most providers offer.

Why · what AI changes

What AI actually changes in your job (and what it doesn't replace).

Forget the Terminator doomsday scenarios. AI is not going to replace you. But it is redefining what's actually valuable in your work. And that's already happening. Here's what professionals who master AI are doing today: a marketer generates briefs, LinkedIn posts and outreach emails in 20 minutes instead of half a day. A project manager has Claude analyze 50 pages of specs and gets a structured summary in 30 seconds. A sales rep personalizes follow-ups at scale using automated workflows on n8n or Make. A small business owner automates invoice processing, lead qualification and KPI tracking without hiring.

What do all these cases have in common? AI doesn't do the work for you. It eliminates the work that should never have been done by a human in the first place. Data entry, copy-pasting between tools, summaries, sorting, formatting. Everything that keeps you from focusing on what actually matters: strategy, client relationships, creativity, decision-making.

What AI won't replace: your domain expertise, your ability to ask the right questions and your judgment. That's exactly why you need to get trained. The deeper you understand your craft, the more powerful AI becomes in your hands. A productivity tool without the person who knows what to do with it is worthless. The real question isn't “will AI change my job”. It's: will you be the one driving the change, or the one getting run over by it?

Our 3 AI bootcamps — from your first prompt to advanced automation.

No one-size-fits-all course where everyone gets bored. We split our AI training into 3 progressive bootcamps, each designed for a different level of AI maturity. You barely know what a prompt is? We'll walk you through it. You're already automating things with Make or n8n? We'll take you to AI agents and APIs.

Each bootcamp lasts 4 weeks, with sessions in the evening and during lunch breaks so it doesn't disrupt your work. Groups are capped at 10 participants per level so we can tailor exercises to your business context, answer your questions and make sure no one falls behind.

The curriculum blends theory and practice with one simple rule: every concept taught is immediately applied to a real-world use case. You don't watch someone run a demo. You open your laptop and do it yourself. By the end of the month, you walk away with finished projects you can use in your day-to-day work right away.

€890 per bootcamp, regardless of the level. You can take a single level or chain all three for a complete 3-month learning path.

Beginner · who it's for

Beginner Bootcamp: get hands-on with AI tools and save your first hours.

You've opened ChatGPT two or three times, typed a vague question and got a generic answer. That's normal. Without a method, generative AI feels like a slightly chatty search engine. This bootcamp changes that in 4 weeks.

The goal: make you fully autonomous with everyday AI tools and help you save your first hours of work every single week. We start from zero — no technical prerequisites. Just a laptop and the desire to stop wasting time on tasks that AI does better than you.

Read more+2

This bootcamp is for you if you're starting from zero or close to it. Maybe you've tried ChatGPT out of curiosity, but you don't really know how to leverage it in your day-to-day work.

  • Employees who want to boost their productivity without waiting for their company to train them
  • Freelancers and solopreneurs who waste hours on tasks AI could handle
  • Small business owners who want to understand AI before rolling it out across their teams
  • Career changers who want to add a must-have skill to their profile

No technical skills required. If you can use a web browser and email, you're good to go.

AI Training — Beginner Bootcamp: excerpt from a live session where the instructor walks participants through generative AI tools. Here, we explore the Claude interface and its integrations. Every tool is broken down live, with hands-on exercises so you start using AI from the very first session.

Beginner · week-by-week

4 weeks — understand, prompt, ship.

Week 1: Understand AI to use it better. We lay the foundations — no jargon. What's an LLM, how it reasons, why it sometimes hallucinates. You discover the differences between ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, Gemini and DeepSeek. By the end of the week, you know which tool to use for which task.

Week 2: Master prompt engineering. This is where everything clicks. Structure, context, roles, output format, prompt chains. You practice on your own real-world use cases: writing emails, summarizing documents, analyzing data, creating content. The difference between an amateur prompt and a pro prompt is 5 minutes of learning and hours saved.

Read more+2

Week 3: Specialized AI tools that change the game. AI goes way beyond chatbots. Image generation, audio transcription, PDF analysis, augmented research with Perplexity, presentation creation with Gamma. For each tool, a hands-on exercise on a real use case.

Week 4: Build your AI routine and measure your gains. Knowing how to use the tools is great. Embedding them into your daily workflow is what makes the real difference. Together we build your personalized AI routine, with your prompt templates and your processes. You measure the time saved in concrete terms.

Beginner · outcomes

What you'll be able to do when it's over.

  • Use 5+ AI tools strategically in your daily work
  • Write structured prompts that deliver usable results on the first try
  • Pick the right model (ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral…) based on the task at hand
  • Save 5 to 10 hours per week on repetitive tasks
  • Identify the AI use cases with the highest ROI for your role
  • Walk away with a ready-to-use prompt library you'll keep building on

AI Training — Beginner Bootcamp: real example of what you'll be able to do after 4 weeks. Here, a participant uses Claude (Anthropic) to draft a client follow-up email, automatically classify 150 pieces of feedback and generate an optimized LinkedIn post. Applied prompt engineering on real business cases, not theory.

Intermediate · who it's for

Intermediate Bootcamp: automate your processes and connect AI to your tech stack.

You've got the prompting basics down and you use AI daily. But every time, it's manual: you copy-paste between tools, you re-run the same prompts, you do all the connecting yourself. This bootcamp teaches you how to eliminate that bottleneck.

The goal: connect AI to your existing tools and automate the processes that eat up your time. In 4 weeks, you go from “I use AI” to “AI works for me while I do something else”.

Read more+2

This bootcamp is for you if you already use AI regularly but everything is still manual. You know how to write a solid prompt, you're familiar with the main tools, and now you want to scale.

  • Ops managers and project managers who want to automate their team's repetitive processes
  • Marketers and growth hackers who want to scale their content production and outreach
  • Entrepreneurs and freelancers who do everything themselves and want to delegate to the machine
  • Beginner bootcamp alumni who want to level up

Prerequisites: comfortable with at least one generative AI tool and a solid grasp of prompting basics. No coding required, but you need to be comfortable with “if this then that” logic.

AI Training — Intermediate Bootcamp: excerpt from a live session with participants. Here, we break down an AI agent built on n8n together — every node, every connection — and each participant replicates the workflow in real time on their own account. That's the bootcamp vibe: hands-on, interactive, immediately applicable.

Intermediate · week-by-week

4 weeks — connect, automate, scale.

Week 1: Introduction to automation with n8n and Make. You discover no-code automation platforms and build your first workflows. Connecting Gmail to Google Sheets through ChatGPT is your first exercise, not your end goal. We lay the foundations: triggers, actions, conditions, loops.

Week 2: Connect AI to your business tools. We plug artificial intelligence into your existing stack. CRM, emails, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Drive. You build workflows that run on their own: automated lead qualification, meeting summaries sent to Slack, AI-powered CRM data enrichment. Each participant works on their own use case.

Read more+2

Week 3: Advanced prompt engineering and processing chains. You move from single prompts to multi-step prompt chains. AI analyzes a document, extracts the key data, formats it and sends it to the right place. We cover few-shot prompting, system instructions, error handling and reusable templates. Your automations become reliable, not just impressive.

Week 4: Build a complete system and put it in production. We bring it all together. You build a complete end-to-end automation system tailored to your business: prospecting, content marketing, client onboarding, reporting. We cover monitoring, logs, error alerts. You walk away with a system that actually runs, not a demo prototype.

Intermediate · outcomes

What you'll be able to do when it's over.

  • Build complete automation workflows on n8n and Make without writing a single line of code
  • Connect AI to your existing tools: CRM, emails, Notion, Airtable, Google Drive, Slack
  • Build multi-step prompt chains that are reliable and reusable
  • Automate your prospecting, content creation and reporting
  • Deploy a system that runs autonomously with monitoring and error handling
  • Save 15 to 20 hours per week by delegating repetitive processes to the machine

AI Training — Intermediate Bootcamp: an AI agent built on n8n during the bootcamp. This workflow automates data retrieval, sends it to AI for processing and dispatches the results to the right tools. This is exactly the kind of system you learn to build in 4 weeks, without coding.

Expert · who it's for

Expert Bootcamp: AI agents, APIs and autonomous systems in production.

You're already automating your processes, you've mastered prompt chains and n8n or Make hold no secrets for you. Now you want to build AI systems that make decisions, not just automations that follow rules.

The goal: create autonomous AI agents, leverage APIs and deploy intelligent systems in production. This is where you go from power user to AI architect.

Read more+2

This bootcamp is for you if you already have automations in place and you can see their limits. You want to go beyond linear workflows and build systems that can adapt to context.

  • Developers and technical profiles who want to integrate AI into their products and services
  • Automation consultants and freelancers who want to offer advanced AI solutions to their clients
  • CTOs and technical leads at SMBs who want to bring AI agent skills in-house
  • Intermediate bootcamp alumni ready to reach the final level

Prerequisites: proficiency with n8n or Make, comfortable with prompt chains and automation logic. Basic API knowledge (knowing what a REST call and JSON are) is a plus but we cover the fundamentals in week 1.

AI Training — Expert Bootcamp: excerpt from a live session with expert-level participants. We dive into an advanced multi-agent architecture on n8n: API calls, reasoning loops, error handling and production deployment. The instructor builds and explains in real time, each participant replicates on their own environment.

Expert · week-by-week

4 weeks — APIs, agents, production.

Week 1: AI APIs in practice. We open the hood. You learn to call the OpenAI, Anthropic and Mistral APIs directly without relying on a graphical interface. API keys, model parameters, tokens, temperature, system instructions. You understand what's happening under the hood and gain full control over AI behavior.

Week 2: Build autonomous AI agents. This is the heart of the bootcamp. An AI agent is not a chatbot. It's a system that reasons, uses tools and makes decisions based on context. You build your first agents on n8n: research agent, lead qualification agent, customer support agent. We cover memory, tools, reasoning loops and edge case handling.

Read more+2

Week 3: Multi-agent systems and advanced architectures. A single agent is great. Multiple agents collaborating — that's where the magic happens. You design architectures where one agent supervises, another executes, a third one verifies. We work on real use cases: document processing pipeline, automated monitoring system, AI assistant connected to your database. You also learn to manage API costs so your systems stay profitable.

Week 4: Deploy to production and scale. A system that works in a demo is easy. A system that runs 24/7 without crashing is a different story. You learn to deploy your agents with monitoring, logging, alerts and fallbacks. We cover cost tracking, rate limit management and scaling strategies. You walk away with a production system that's documented and maintainable.

Expert · outcomes

What you'll be able to do when it's over.

  • Call and configure the OpenAI, Anthropic and Mistral APIs with full control over every parameter
  • Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, using tools and adapting to context
  • Design multi-agent architectures where multiple AIs collaborate on complex tasks
  • Deploy AI systems in production with monitoring, logging and alerts
  • Manage API costs and rate limits to keep your systems profitable at scale
  • Deliver advanced AI solutions to your clients or your company with an architect's mindset, not a tinkerer's

AI Training — Expert Bootcamp: a multi-agent system built on n8n during the bootcamp. Multiple AI agents collaborating via API calls (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral), with memory, tools, reasoning loops and error handling. This type of architecture runs in production for our clients. In 4 weeks, you learn to design, deploy and monitor these systems yourself.

The bootcamp format: why it works better than traditional training.

Format · two time zones

Two time zones, two bootcamps: designed for working professionals.

We know you have a real job on the side. Our bootcamps are designed to fit into a working professional's schedule, not to replace it for a month.

We run two separate bootcamps to cover both sides of the Atlantic. The US bootcamp runs on Central Time during lunch breaks (12:00-1:00 PM CT). The Europe bootcamp runs on Paris Time with evening sessions (6:30-8:30 PM CET) and lunch sessions (12:30-1:30 PM CET). Same curriculum, same instructor, two schedules that actually work with your day.

Expect 2 to 3 sessions per week, plus hands-on work to complete at your own pace. In total, roughly 6 to 8 hours per week. Enough to progress fast, compatible with a full-time job, freelancing or running a business. No need to take time off, no need to block entire days. You level up without putting your work on hold.

Format · group of 10

10 participants max per level: tailored learning, not a lecture hall.

AI trainings with 50 or 100 people — we know how that ends: a trainer running through their slides, no one daring to ask questions, and everyone leaving with the same generic exercises. That's exactly what we don't do.

10 participants maximum per bootcamp. It's not a marketing argument, it's a constraint we impose on ourselves to guarantee quality. At 10, the instructor knows your business context, adapts exercises to your situation and can unblock each person individually when things get stuck.

Concretely, that means the marketer works on their real prospecting emails, the SMB owner on their real internal processes, and the freelancer on their real client deliverables. Same bootcamp, same concepts, but personalized applications for each person.

Format · 70% practice

70% hands-on, 30% theory: you walk away with finished projects.

We don't ask you to take notes while an instructor talks for 2 hours. Here, theory means 10 minutes of explanation, then you open your laptop and do it yourself.

Every session follows the same format: one key concept, a short demo, then you replicate and adapt it to your own use case. The instructor moves through the group, gives real-time feedback, shares shortcuts and flags the common mistakes to avoid.

At the end of the month, you don't walk away with a certificate and memories. You walk away with finished projects: prompts that deliver, automations that run, systems connected to your tools. Real output you use the very next day at work.

The AI tools you'll master during the training.

No theoretical training about “AI in general”. You get hands-on with the tools companies actually use in 2026. And since we deploy them for our clients every single day, we know which ones are worth your time and which ones are noise.

Depending on your bootcamp level, you'll work with all or some of these tools. Each one has a dedicated training page if you want to dive deeper into a specific tool.

Stack · Generative AI

Generative AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, DeepSeek.

The core of the training. You learn to master the 5 major generative AI models on the market, not just the one everyone talks about. Because each has its strengths, and using the wrong model for the wrong task means wasting time and money.

ChatGPT (OpenAI): the most versatile, ideal for writing, analysis and custom GPTs. Claude (Anthropic): the most reliable on long contexts, perfect for document analysis and complex reasoning. Mistral: the French champion, high-performing and GDPR-compliant by default. Gemini (Google): integrated into the entire Google Workspace ecosystem, powerful for anyone working with Gmail, Sheets and Drive. DeepSeek: the open-source model that rivals the best, at unbeatable API costs.

You'll know which model to use based on context, how to compare them on the same use case and why locking yourself into a single tool is the worst strategy in 2026.

Generative AI Training: preview of a ChatGPT conversation as you'll practice it during the bootcamp. Prompt engineering, writing, analysis, classification — pick the right model for the task.

Stack · Automation & No-Code

Automation & no-code: n8n, Make, Zapier.

AI without automation is just glorified copy-paste. The real power is when AI runs autonomously inside workflows that connect your tools together.

n8n: our go-to tool. Open-source, self-hostable, ultra-flexible. The most powerful platform for building AI agents and complex workflows without limits. Make: the most intuitive visual interface on the market. Perfect for getting started and for marketing and sales automations. Zapier: the largest integration catalog. Ideal for quickly connecting tools when speed of setup matters most.

You learn to pick the right platform based on your needs and build workflows that integrate AI at every step: data retrieval, intelligent processing, routing to the right destination. All without writing a single line of code.

AI Training & No-Code Automation: an AI agent built on n8n analyses pitch decks, extracts key points and generates a structured report. Zero code — exactly the type of workflow you build during the bootcamp.

Stack · AI-assisted dev

AI-assisted development: Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf, Replit.

You don't need to be a developer to build applications in 2026. AI-assisted development tools have made the line between “tech” and “non-tech” almost obsolete.

Cursor: the AI-powered code editor. Generation, debugging and refactoring in natural language. For those who already code or want to start. Lovable: turn a natural language description into a working web application. From prototype to MVP in hours instead of weeks. Windsurf: the rising alternative, designed for collaborative development between humans and AI. Replit: code, test and deploy straight from your browser with built-in AI assistance.

These tools are covered primarily in the expert bootcamp, but intermediate participants get an introduction to understand what AI makes possible even without a technical background.

AI Training & Assisted Development: a complete web application generates in real time on Lovable, purely from natural language. Frontend, backend, deployment — all automatic.

Stack · CRM, data & productivity

CRM, data & productivity: Airtable, Notion, HubSpot.

AI doesn't live in a silo. It becomes truly useful when it's plugged into the tools where your data lives: your CRM, your databases, your project management tools.

Airtable: the most flexible no-code database on the market. Combine it with AI for lead scoring, automatic categorization or data enrichment. Notion: your second brain, supercharged with AI. Internal wikis, knowledge bases, process documentation — all queryable in natural language. HubSpot: the CRM that automates itself. Contact qualification, AI-personalized email sequences, intelligent reporting without manual effort.

During the intermediate and expert bootcamps, you connect these tools to your AI workflows to build complete systems. Not demos — real processes that run inside your business.

AI Training & Productivity: Notion's built-in AI creates complete databases automatically. Properties, views, filters — everything generates in seconds from a simple instruction.

€890 all-in: what's included in your bootcamp.

Pricing · breakdown

Pricing breakdown and how it compares to the market.

€890 per bootcamp, regardless of the level. No hidden fees, no subscription, no “add-on module” to unlock. You pay, you get full access. To put this in perspective, here's what the alternatives cost: an intensive AI bootcamp at established providers runs $4,000 to $8,000. A one or two-day short course at a traditional training company costs $500 to $2,000 (and you leave with slides). An AI master's or degree program is $10,000 to $30,000 per year.

With us, €890 for 4 weeks of hands-on practice in a small group with an instructor who deploys AI for clients every single day. This price-to-value ratio doesn't exist anywhere else on the market. And if you want the full 3-month track (beginner + intermediate + expert), that's €2,670 to go from zero to AI architect. Less than a single day of consulting at most firms.

Pricing · accessible

An investment that's affordable and hassle-free.

No paperwork, no funding application to file, no 3-week wait for approval. You sign up, you pay, you start. It's that simple. €890 is less than a single day of traditional corporate training. It's the price of a SaaS tool you pay for every year without using. Except here, the ROI is measurable from week one: the hours saved with AI pay for the bootcamp in a matter of days.

For companies looking to enroll multiple team members, we offer group rates on request. Get in touch directly.

Who runs these bootcamps? (and why it matters)

Most AI training programs are run by professional trainers who learned AI to teach it. At Hack'celeration, it's the opposite: we teach AI because we deploy it for our clients every single day.

We're an active AI agency, not a training company. The hands-on exercises we walk you through don't come from a textbook. They're projects we've delivered, problems we've solved and mistakes we've made so you don't have to.

Trainers · active AI agency

An active AI agency, not a theoretical training company.

Hack'celeration is first and foremost an agency specialized in AI, automation and growth hacking. Every week, we build n8n workflows, deploy AI agents, connect CRMs, and automate prospecting and content marketing processes for our clients.

What that changes for you: everything we teach has been tested in real-world conditions. We know what works at scale, what breaks after 3 days, what it actually costs in API tokens and what the pitfalls are that nobody mentions in YouTube tutorials. We don't recycle official documentation into pretty slides. We pass on battle-tested methods from dozens of client projects, from early-stage startups to enterprise accounts.

Hack'celeration on Trustpilot: client reviews from executives, freelancers, marketing and ops teams. They are the ones who validate that our hands-on approach works.

Trainers · 300+ alumni

300+ professionals trained with measurable results.

Over 300 people have already completed our training programs, from solo freelancers to employees at major international companies. Our strength is adapting the same concepts to completely different business realities.

We've worked with small business owners who wanted to stop doing everything by hand, marketing teams that needed to scale their content production, consultants who wanted to add AI to their service offering and technical profiles looking to level up to AI agents. What all these profiles have in common: they came looking for real-world results and they left with them.

Trainers · government-certified

Certified by the French Government as AI Ambassador & Digital Activator.

Hack'celeration is one of the few agencies in France to hold both the Activateur France Numérique and Ambassadeur IA certifications — official designations granted by the French government to organizations recognized for their expertise in AI and digital transformation.

Why does this matter if you're not in France? Because France is the #1 AI hub in Europe. Home to Mistral, HuggingFace and some of the most advanced AI regulation in the world. Being certified by the French government means we've been vetted by one of the most demanding AI ecosystems on the planet.

You're not learning from a generic online course. You're learning from an agency officially recognized by Europe's leading AI nation. That's a level of credibility most training providers can't offer.

Certified by the French Government as <em>AI Ambassador & Digital Activator.</em>
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our AI training.

01Do I need to know how to code to join a bootcamp?+
No, zero coding skills are required for the beginner and intermediate bootcamps. If you can use a web browser and email, you're good to go. The expert bootcamp covers APIs and AI agents, so some basic technical logic helps, but we review the fundamentals together.
02What's the difference between your bootcamps and a long AI program (bachelor's, master's)?+
A bachelor's or master's in AI means 1 to 5 years of academic theory for tens of thousands of dollars. Our bootcamps are 4 weeks of intensive practice for €890, run by an agency that deploys AI for clients every day. We don't train machine learning researchers. We train professionals who want real-world results, fast.
03I'm based in the US. Can I still join?+
Absolutely. We run a dedicated US bootcamp on Central Time during lunch breaks (12:00-1:00 PM CT). Same curriculum, same instructor, a schedule that works with your workday. The bootcamp is taught in English. Whether you're in New York, Austin or LA, you're covered.
04I'm already comfortable with ChatGPT. Which level should I pick?+
If you use ChatGPT regularly but everything is still manual (copy-pasting between tools, no automation), go with the intermediate bootcamp. If you already automate processes with n8n or Make and want to move to AI agents and APIs, the expert bootcamp is for you. Not sure? Drop us a message, we'll point you in the right direction in 5 minutes.
05What equipment do I need?+
A laptop and an internet connection, that's it. Mac, Windows or Linux, doesn't matter. You'll need to create free accounts on the tools we use during the bootcamp (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n...). We send you the full list before kickoff.
06Are sessions live or pre-recorded?+
100% live. Every session happens in real time via video conference with your group and the instructor. You ask questions, you share your screen, you get feedback on the spot. All sessions are also recorded and shared within 24 hours so you can rewatch anything you need.
07What if I miss a session?+
No problem. Every session is recorded and shared with the group within 24 hours. You catch up at your own pace and ask your questions at the next session. We know you have a real job on the side — the format is built for that.
