How Much Does WhatConverts Cost?
The real price of the call and lead tracking tool, plan by plan, usage included.
Short answer: WhatConverts starts at $30/month on the Call Tracking plan, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. But that price only bundles $30 of usage credit. Because tracking numbers, call minutes and every lead (form, chat, transaction) are billed past that credit, the real cost of a working marketing setup lands closer to ~$90 to $150/month. We walk through every plan, every usage line, and what you really pay for your volume.

WhatConverts, the key numbers
What each WhatConverts plan costs

Past it, usage is billed per unit, covered just after. There is no annual discount: WhatConverts is billed month to month, no contract.
Prices in USD, monthly billing with no contract. Checked June 2026.

Prices checked June 2026 on whatconverts.com/pricing and cross-referenced across several sources. The volumes (~148 calls, ~300 forms) reflect the $30 credit converted at usage rates, verify on the official page. Agency plans with unlimited accounts also exist (from $500/month), detailed below.
WhatConverts is billed on usage
The headline price is only the platform subscription. The $30 usage credit runs out fast, and usage is what drives the bill up. Here is what each line costs past the credit.
Platform subscription
The base layer: lead tracking, reporting, integrations. From $30 (Call Tracking) to $160/month (Elite). This is the module detailed in the table above. Every plan bundles $30 of usage credit, no more.
Phone numbers
Each tracking number is rented: $2.50/month for local, $3.50/month for toll-free. Multiply by the number of campaigns or sources you want to track separately.
Call minutes
Minutes are billed: 4.5¢ per local minute, 6.5¢ toll-free. Watch the rounding, any started minute counts in full, so an 85-second call bills as 2 minutes. Add transcription at 2¢/min if you enable it.
Form and chat leads
From the Plus plan up, each form, chat or transaction past the credit costs $0.10. This is where the bill takes off once you generate a lot of leads. Text messages run 3¢ each, white label adds $50/month.
- Tracking mostly calls? The Call Tracking plan can be enough.
- Tracking forms and chats too? Move to Plus at minimum.
- Generating lots of leads? Budget the $0.10 per lead past the credit.
- Want several numbers? Count $2.50 per local number per month.
- Running an agency? Unlimited-account plans start at $500/month.
How we size the real cost
The headline WhatConverts price does not tell you what you actually pay, because usage is billed on top of the $30 credit. To size the real cost, we start from the right plan, then add numbers, minutes past the credit and leads billed at $0.10. Here is the logic.
- Platform subscriptionDepending on the plan, from Call Tracking to Elite$30 to $160
- Included usage creditSame on every plan, deducted from usage−$30
- Numbers and minutes$2.50 per number, 4.5¢ per local minute+usage
- Leads past the creditPer form, chat or transaction+$0.10

What you actually pay per month
The price hinges on your lead and call volume. Four typical profiles, usage included, assumptions stated.
Estimates in USD, monthly. Numbers and minutes vary by volume.
Solo, low volume
Calls only
- Call Tracking, 1 or 2 local numbers
- Short calls covered by the credit
- No forms or chats to track
Marketing SMB
Calls + forms
- Plus plan + several numbers
- Leads and minutes past the credit
- Full multichannel conversion tracking
Pro, high volume
Lots of leads
- Pro plan ($100) + lead overage
- ~3,500 leads/month per third-party estimates
- Usage far exceeds the credit
Agency
Unlimited accounts
- Agency Plus ($500) + usage
- $250 credit, reduced usage rates
- Unlimited client accounts, white label optional
Estimates with monthly billing (June 2026), based on adding subscription and usage. The Pro example at ~$420/month (3,500 leads) comes from third-party sources, recalculate with the official calculator for your volume. The included credit stays at $30 from the entry plan up to Elite, so high usage is paid almost in full.
WhatConverts' price versus the alternatives
WhatConverts' entry plan against the other call and lead tracking tools. It is the cheapest at the door, but they all bill usage on top. Sort by price or by score.
| Best for | Model | Free plan | Team size | Visit | ||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | CallRail | Market standard | Platform + minutes | 4.2/5 | $45/month | — | SMBs and agencies | Visit → |
| 1 | WhatConverts | Multichannel from entry | Platform + usage | 4.0/5 | $30/month | — | Solo to agency | Visit → |
| 3 | Nimbata | Cheapest entry | Pay-per-call | 4.0/5 | $39/month | ✓ | Low volumes | Visit → |
Entry prices checked June 2026. WhatConverts is the cheapest at the door ($30) and bundles multichannel tracking (calls + forms + chats) from the Plus plan. CallRail starts higher ($45) and also bills minutes. Nimbata has a free plan and a pay-per-call model that is often more predictable, but less complete multichannel tracking. CallTrackingMetrics starts at $79/month, aimed at the enterprise.
So, is WhatConverts expensive?
Our take after testing it: the entry price is one of the lowest around, but the real cost depends on your lead volume. Here is when it pays off, and when it stings.
Good value if…
You have a controlled lead volume and want everything tracked in one place. At a $30 entry with multichannel from the Plus plan, WhatConverts comes in cheaper than CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics for full calls-plus-forms tracking.
Less appealing if…
You generate a huge number of leads. Because the credit stays locked at $30 and each extra lead costs $0.10, the bill can climb into the hundreds. In that case, check your real volume first with the official calculator.
The verdict
WhatConverts is an excellent lead tracking tool at the lowest entry price, as long as you think in usage. Pick the plan that covers your channels, keep active numbers tight, and watch the leads billed past the $30 credit.
- Pick the lowest plan that covers your channels (calls, forms, chats).

- Watch leads past the $30 credit, billed $0.10 each.
- Use the 14-day free trial, no card, to gauge real usage.
- Book an onboarding call to extend the trial up to 30 days.
Frequently asked questions about WhatConverts pricing
How much does WhatConverts cost per month?
WhatConverts starts at $30/month on the Call Tracking plan, with no contract, and bundles $30 of usage credit. The higher plans run $60 (Plus), $100 (Pro) and $160/month (Elite). But that price is only the platform subscription. Because tracking numbers, call minutes and every lead past the credit are billed on top, a real marketing setup lands closer to $90 to $150/month. The smart move is to start on the lowest plan that covers your channels, then watch your usage. How much does WhatConverts cost per year?
WhatConverts is billed month to month, with no contract, and shows no official annual discount. On a yearly basis the Call Tracking plan therefore works out to about $360/year ($30 x 12), Plus to $720/year, Pro to $1,200/year and Elite to $1,920/year, for the platform subscription alone. On top of that comes usage billed past the $30 credit: numbers, minutes and leads. For a realistic SMB setup, expect closer to $1,100 to $1,800/year with usage included. Always sanity-check your estimate with the official calculator.Does WhatConverts have a free plan?
No, WhatConverts has no permanent free plan. It does offer a 14-day free trial, with no credit card, including $30 of usage credit so you can test the tool on your real campaigns. You get the features of the plan you pick during the trial: call tracking, form tracking, reporting, integrations. If you book an onboarding call, the trial can be extended up to 30 days. After the trial, you have to move to a paid plan to keep tracking your leads. What is the WhatConverts usage credit?
Every WhatConverts plan bundles $30 of usage credit per month, which covers your first numbers, minutes and leads. As long as your usage stays under that line, you only pay the platform subscription. Past it, each line is billed: $2.50 per local number, 4.5¢ per local minute, $0.10 per form or chat. The key point: this credit stays at $30 from the Call Tracking plan up to Elite at $160, it does not grow with the plan. That is what drives the bill up as your lead volume rises. How much does a full setup cost on WhatConverts?
For an SMB tracking calls and forms, expect about $90 to $150/month: the Plus plan ($60) plus several numbers and the leads billed past the $30 credit. For high lead volume, the bill climbs fast: per third-party estimates, a Pro account with around 3,500 leads a month works out to roughly $420/month once the $0.10 per lead is added. If you only track calls at low volume, you can stay on the Call Tracking plan at about $30/month. Always recalculate with the official calculator for your traffic. Is WhatConverts more expensive than CallRail?
At the door, no: WhatConverts starts at $30/month versus $45 to $50 for CallRail. Both bill usage on top (numbers and minutes) at similar rates. WhatConverts' edge is that it bundles multichannel tracking (calls, forms, chats, transactions) from the Plus plan at $60, where CallRail bills some pieces like form tracking separately. CallTrackingMetrics starts higher, at $79/month, and targets the enterprise. For complete tracking at the same volume, WhatConverts is often the most economical. How much do numbers and minutes cost on WhatConverts?
On the business plans, a local number costs $2.50/month and a toll-free number $3.50/month. Minutes are billed at 4.5¢ local and 6.5¢ toll-free, with one important rule: any started minute counts in full, so an 85-second call bills as 2 minutes. Call transcription costs 2¢ per minute. These amounts come on top of the subscription, deducted from the $30 credit and then billed past it. On the agency plans, usage rates are a bit lower, starting at $1.75 per local number. Is there an annual discount on WhatConverts?
No, unlike many SaaS tools, WhatConverts does not advertise a discount for paying annually. Billing is monthly with no contract, which leaves you free to cancel anytime but does not save you money by committing to a year. So the real lever to pay less is not annual billing, it is controlling your usage: pick the lowest plan that covers your channels, keep active numbers tight, and watch the leads billed past the $30 credit. That, far more than any term length, decides what you actually pay.How much does WhatConverts cost for an agency?
For agencies, WhatConverts offers unlimited-account plans: Agency Plus at $500/month ($250 credit), Agency Pro at $800/month ($300 credit) and Agency Elite at $1,250/month ($400 credit). Usage rates there are lower, for example $1.75 per local number instead of $2.50. In practice, an active agency pays closer to $600 to $900/month once usage past the credit is added. White label costs $50/month as an option. Request a demo if you manage high multi-client volumes. Can I cancel WhatConverts easily?
Yes, WhatConverts is billed monthly with no contract, so you can cancel from your account whenever you want, with no term penalty. The watch-out is your tracking numbers: if you close the account, you lose the rented numbers and the attribution history tied to them, so export your lead data and reports before you leave. Since the tool often serves as the source of truth for marketing attribution, plan to move your tracking to another solution before cutting it off, so you do not lose visibility on your conversions.
