WhatConverts is billed on usage

The headline price is only the platform subscription. The $30 usage credit runs out fast, and usage is what drives the bill up. Here is what each line costs past the credit.

Platform subscription

The base layer: lead tracking, reporting, integrations. From $30 (Call Tracking) to $160/month (Elite). This is the module detailed in the table above. Every plan bundles $30 of usage credit, no more.

Phone numbers

Each tracking number is rented: $2.50/month for local, $3.50/month for toll-free. Multiply by the number of campaigns or sources you want to track separately.

Call minutes

Minutes are billed: 4.5¢ per local minute, 6.5¢ toll-free. Watch the rounding, any started minute counts in full, so an 85-second call bills as 2 minutes. Add transcription at 2¢/min if you enable it.

Form and chat leads

From the Plus plan up, each form, chat or transaction past the credit costs $0.10. This is where the bill takes off once you generate a lot of leads. Text messages run 3¢ each, white label adds $50/month.
