How Much Does CloudTalk Cost?

The real price of the cloud phone system, plan by plan, add-ons included.

Short answer: CloudTalk starts at 19 euros per user a month on the Lite plan with annual billing (27 euros monthly), with a 14-day free trial, no credit card, and no seat minimum on the entry plans. But that is the base phone system only. The Power Dialer, AI and phone numbers are billed separately, and the Expert plan forces a 3-seat minimum. For a real sales team, the bill lands closer to 220 euros a month. We walk through every plan, every add-on, and what you really pay for your profile.

Prices checked June 2026 on cloudtalk.io/pricing (EUR by default) and cross-referenced across several sources. The Expert plan requires a 3-license minimum, about 147 euros a month to start. A Custom plan sits above on quote for enterprise needs (SLA, security, dedicated onboarding). Add-ons and numbers are billed separately (see below).

Mind the base price

CloudTalk is paid in add-ons

The headline price only covers the phone system. CloudTalk bills several pieces separately, and the bill climbs fast when you stack them. Here is what each add-on costs.

Power Dialer and Parallel Dialer

The automatic dialer that saves outbound teams time: 15 euros/user/month for the Power Dialer (included only from Expert up), 39 euros/user/month for the multi-line Parallel Dialer. This is the line item that drives a sales team's bill the most.

AI (Conversation Intelligence)

AI call analysis (transcription, topics, sentiment) is an add-on at 9 euros/user/month. The AI Voice Agents (receptionist, voice agent) are a separate product, from ~99 euros/month (200 minutes) up to ~349 euros/month (1,000 minutes), to confirm on the official page.

Numbers and caller ID

International numbers start at ~6 euros/number/month, and Branded Caller ID (brand display) from 0.07 euros/call. Depending on how many countries and lines you run, this line item can weigh more than you expect.

Expert's seat minimum

Lite, Starter and Essential start at 1 user, but Expert forces 3 licenses. Moving to Expert for its included Power Dialer therefore costs at least ~147 euros/month, even for a solo or a pair.

  • Mostly inbound? Lite or Essential is often enough.
  • Outbound at volume? Budget the Power Dialer (15 euros/user) or Expert.
  • Want AI call analysis? Add 9 euros/user/month.
  • Need local numbers? Add ~6 euros/number to your math.
  • Eyeing Expert? The 3-seat minimum applies, even solo.

How we size the real cost

CloudTalk's headline price does not tell you what you really pay, because it bills per user and the outbound features are add-ons. To size a typical sales team's cost, we take 5 users on Essential, plus the Power Dialer, with annual billing. Here is the math.

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. CloudTalk shows prices in EUR, Aircall and Ringover in USD: compare the model more than the raw number. CloudTalk and Ringover both start at 1 user, where Aircall forces 3 licenses (entry ticket ~$90). JustCall ($19/user, 2-3 minimum) also costs more to start. CloudTalk's edge is its 95+ integrations catalog and its simplicity for SMBs.

The verdict

So, is CloudTalk expensive?

Our take after testing it: the headline price is competitive, but the real cost depends on the outbound add-ons. Here is when it pays off, and when it stings.

Good value if…

You are an SMB doing mostly inbound or moderate outbound volume. At 19 euros per user with no seat minimum, and 95+ integrations from Essential, CloudTalk is one of the most accessible cloud phone systems at entry, ahead of Aircall which forces 3 licenses.

Less appealing if…

You run intensive outbound and stack the Power Dialer, AI and numbers. A team of 5 climbs fast to ~220 euros/month, and Expert's 3-seat minimum penalizes small shops. In that case, a tool with AI and dialer bundled in, like Dialpad, can work out cheaper.

How to pay less

CloudTalk is a solid cloud phone system at a fair entry price, as long as you think add-on by add-on. Start on Lite or Essential, only add the Power Dialer and AI if your team truly needs them, and watch the cost of numbers.

  • Pay annually: about 30% off across all plans.
  • Start on Lite or Essential, add the add-ons later.
  • Avoid Expert if you are solo or a pair (3-seat minimum).
  • Use the 14-day free trial, no card, to test audio quality.
  • Count the cost of numbers (~6 euros each) in your real budget.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about CloudTalk pricing

  • How much does CloudTalk cost per month?
CloudTalk starts at 19 euros per user a month on the Lite plan with annual billing, or 27 euros a month on monthly. The Starter plan is 25 euros, Essential 29 euros and Expert 49 euros per user a month annually. But that rate only covers the base phone system. If you add the Power Dialer (15 euros/user), AI call analysis (9 euros/user) and numbers (~6 euros each), a sales team of 5 lands closer to 220 euros a month. The smart move is to start on an entry plan and add the add-ons only when you need them.
  • How much does CloudTalk cost per year?
On annual billing, the Lite plan works out to about 228 euros a year per user (19 euros x 12), Essential to about 348 euros a year and Expert to about 588 euros a year. Annual billing saves roughly 30% versus monthly, which CloudTalk frames as 3 months free. For a team of 5 on Essential with the Power Dialer, expect around 2,640 euros a year. Always check the exact price on the official page before you pay, since the tiers and displayed currency can vary by region.
  • Does CloudTalk have a free plan?
No, CloudTalk has no permanent free plan. It does offer a 14-day free trial, with no credit card, including 50 AI Voice Agent minutes. You get access to test audio quality, call routing and integrations before committing. That is enough to validate the tool on a few users. After the 14 days, you switch to a paid plan, from 19 euros per user a month annually on Lite, to keep making calls. There is no free tier that lets you keep calling for nothing long term.
  • Is the Power Dialer included in CloudTalk's price?
Not on every plan. The Power Dialer, the automatic dialer that chains outbound calls, is included only on the Expert plan (49 euros per user a month). On the Lite, Starter and Essential plans, it is billed as an add-on at 15 euros per user a month. The Parallel Dialer, which dials several lines at once, costs 39 euros per user a month. For an outbound team this is the line item that drives the bill the most: budget for it, or move straight to Expert which bundles it but forces a 3-seat minimum.
  • How much does CloudTalk cost for a team of 5?
Expect about 220 euros a month on annual billing for a sales team of 5: five Essential plans at 29 euros (145 euros) plus the Power Dialer at 15 euros per user (75 euros). Adding 2 local numbers (~12 euros) brings you to around 232 euros a month, about 46 euros per user. If your team is mostly inbound, you can stay on Essential without the Power Dialer, around 145 euros a month. On Expert, 5 seats run about 245 euros a month with the Power Dialer included, but before AI and numbers.
  • Is CloudTalk more expensive than Aircall or Ringover?
It depends on the model. CloudTalk starts at 19 euros per user on Lite, with no seat minimum. Aircall starts at $30 per license but forces a 3-license minimum, so $90 a month to start, which makes it pricier for small teams. Ringover sits close to CloudTalk at entry ($21 per user on Smart), with no minimum either. CloudTalk shows prices in euros and Aircall or Ringover in dollars, so compare the model and the bundled add-ons rather than the raw number. For an SMB starting small, CloudTalk is one of the most accessible.
  • Is there a seat minimum on CloudTalk?
It depends on the plan. The Lite, Starter and Essential plans start at 1 user, with no minimum enforced, so you can subscribe solo. The Expert plan, however, requires a 3-license minimum, about 147 euros a month to start even if you are alone. This matters: if you want Expert's included Power Dialer but you are solo or a pair, you still pay for 3 seats. In that case, adding the Power Dialer as an add-on (15 euros per user) on Essential often works out cheaper.
  • How much do numbers and AI cost on CloudTalk?
International numbers start at about 6 euros per number a month, on top of your subscription. Branded Caller ID, which shows your brand on calls, costs from 0.07 euros per call. On the AI side, the Conversation Intelligence add-on (transcription, call analysis) is 9 euros per user a month. The AI Voice Agents, a separate product, start around 99 euros a month for 200 minutes and rise to about 349 euros a month for 1,000 minutes, to confirm on the official page since the tiers change. These line items add to the per-user plan price.
  • Is there a discount for paying CloudTalk annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 30% versus the monthly rate, which CloudTalk frames as 3 months free. The Lite plan goes from 27 to 19 euros per user a month, Essential from 39 to 29 euros and Expert from 69 to 49 euros. This is the main way to pay CloudTalk less. There is no reliable recurring official promo code, so be wary of third-party coupon pages. The best lever stays the annual commitment, plus subscribing only to the add-ons you genuinely need.
  • Can I cancel CloudTalk easily?
Yes, the subscription is managed from your account, with no long lock-in on monthly plans. Annual plans, however, cover the subscribed period, so a short twelve-month commitment if you pick annual for the discount. The watch-out concerns numbers: remember to port or recover your numbers before closing the account, and to export your call recordings and stats. As with any cloud phone system, check the number portability terms before you migrate to another tool.
