How Much Does Bouncer Cost?

The real price of email verification, credit by credit, add-ons included.

Short answer: Bouncer runs on credits, not subscriptions. Email verification starts at $8 per 1,000 credits ($0.008 per email), with 100 free credits and no credit card, and credits never expire. The price per email drops with volume, down to $0.002 at one million. On top, two subscription products: Bouncer Shield (real-time verification) from $2/month and the Deliverability Kit from $25/month. We walk through every tier and what you actually pay for your list.

What each Bouncer tier costs

The core of Bouncer is credit-based email verification: 1 credit = 1 email verified, and credits never expire. No subscription required. The more you buy at once, the less each email costs. Here are the main tiers, from the entry pack to one million.

Prices checked June 2026 on usebouncer.com/pricing. The grid is tiered: $8 (1,000), $35 (5,000), $60 (10,000), $250 (50,000), $400 (100,000), $750 (250,000), $1,250 (500,000), $2,000 (1,000,000). Above one million, pricing is custom. Credits never expire, and API verification uses the same grid.

Beyond the credits

Bouncer also sells two subscriptions

Credit verification covers list cleaning. But Bouncer offers two monthly subscription products for real-time protection and deliverability monitoring. Here is what each one costs.

Credit verification (pay-as-you-go)

The core product: you buy credits, you verify your lists, done. From $8 (1,000) to $2,000 (one million), tiered. Credits never expire, no subscription. This is the module detailed in the table above.

Bouncer Shield (real-time verification)

Protects your signup forms by blocking invalid or disposable emails the moment they are typed, via API or widget. Monthly subscription by number of checks: $2/month (1,000 checks), $20/month (10,000), $150/month (50,000), up to $1,050/month (one million).

Deliverability Kit (monitoring)

Monitors your deliverability: inbox placement tests, blocklist monitoring, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, SpamAssassin analysis. Subscription: $25/month (Starter, 250 tests, 10 IPs), $125/month (Standard) or $250/month (Pro). Enterprise is custom.

API and integrations

Verification is available via API (bulk or real-time) and through native integrations (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot and more). The API uses the same credit grid as pay-as-you-go, with no separate access fee.

  • Cleaning a list occasionally? Credits alone are enough.
  • Protecting a signup form? Add Bouncer Shield.
  • Monitoring deliverability continuously? The Deliverability Kit is extra.
  • Re-checking the same list often? Each pass burns credits.
  • Buying big at once? The per-email price drops sharply.
Our method

How we size the real cost

A pack price does not tell you what you spend over a year, because Bouncer runs on consumed credits. The real cost hinges on two things: the size of your list and how often you re-verify it. We think in credits consumed over a year, at the rate of the tier closest to your volume.

Is Bouncer expensive?

Bouncer's price versus the alternatives

Bouncer's entry price next to other email verifiers. At entry, everyone hovers around $0.008/email; the difference is in the volume discount, credit expiry, and free credits. Sort by price or by score.

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. At entry, Bouncer, ZeroBounce and NeverBounce all sit around $0.008/email. Bouncer's edge: its credits never expire, where NeverBounce credits expire after 12 months and ZeroBounce reloads free credits per cycle. Kickbox falls in the same range ($0.008 to $0.01/email).

The verdict

So, is Bouncer expensive?

Our take after testing it: for pure email verification, Bouncer sits at the low end of the market, with a genuine edge on credits. Here is when it pays off, and how to pay less.

Good value if…

You clean your lists occasionally and want to control your spend. At $0.008/email at entry, tiered down to $0.002, and with credits that never expire, Bouncer avoids the subscription that runs in the void. You buy, you spend when you want.

Less appealing if…

You re-verify a large list very often. Each pass burns credits again, so monthly verification of 100,000 contacts climbs fast. In that case, size your frequency carefully and check whether Bouncer Shield (real-time) cuts the need for repeated big cleanups.

How to pay less

Bouncer is an excellent verifier at a fair price, as long as you think in consumed credits. Buy the tier closest to your real volume, lean on credits that never expire, and only add Shield or the Deliverability Kit if you genuinely use them.

  • Use the 100 free credits to test with no credit card.
  • Buy the tier closest to your volume: per-email price drops.
  • Credits never expire: no need to spend them all at once.
  • Check your re-verification frequency before sizing your year.
  • Add Shield or the Deliverability Kit only if you truly need them.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Bouncer pricing

  • How much does Bouncer cost?
Bouncer runs on credits, not subscriptions: 1 credit verifies 1 email. Verification starts at $8 for 1,000 credits, that is $0.008/email, and the price drops with volume: $60 per 10,000 ($0.006), $400 per 100,000 ($0.004), down to $2,000 per million ($0.002). Credits never expire and 100 free credits are offered to start, with no credit card. On top of that, two optional subscriptions exist: Bouncer Shield from $2/month and the Deliverability Kit from $25/month.
  • Does Bouncer have a free plan?
Bouncer has no permanent free plan, but it offers 100 free credits on signup, with no credit card. That lets you verify 100 emails to test the quality of the results before buying a pack. Because credits never expire, there is no time pressure to use them. Once the 100 credits are spent, you buy a pack from $8 to continue. It is a solid way to validate the tool on a real sample before cleaning your whole database.
  • How much does it cost to verify one email with Bouncer?
At entry, a verified email costs $0.008 (a 1,000-credit pack at $8). The rate is tiered: $0.007 at 5,000, $0.006 at 10,000, $0.005 at 50,000, $0.004 at 100,000, $0.003 at 250,000, $0.0025 at 500,000 and $0.002 at one million emails. The more you buy at once, the cheaper each email. Above one million, pricing moves to custom. Because credits never expire, buying a higher tier for a better unit price stays worthwhile even if you spread the consumption.
  • Do Bouncer credits expire?
No, and that is one of Bouncer's strong points: purchased credits never expire. You can buy a big pack to get a better price per email, then use it over several months or years without losing anything. It is a real advantage over NeverBounce, whose credits expire after 12 months, or over models that reset on a monthly cycle. In practice, you pay once and consume at your own pace, which fits a workflow where list cleaning is occasional rather than monthly.
  • How much does Bouncer Shield cost?
Bouncer Shield is the real-time verification subscription, which blocks invalid or disposable emails right on your signup forms, via API or widget. The price depends on monthly checks: around $2/month for 1,000 checks, $20/month for 10,000, $150/month for 50,000, $300/month for 250,000 and $1,050/month for one million. It is a product separate from pay-as-you-go: you can use Shield to protect signups and keep classic credits for cleaning your existing lists.
  • What is the Deliverability Kit and how much does it cost?
The Deliverability Kit is Bouncer's deliverability monitoring subscription. It includes inbox placement tests, blocklist monitoring, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and SpamAssassin analysis. Three plans: Starter at $25/month (250 tests, 10 IPs or domains monitored), Standard at $125/month (1,000 tests, 25 IPs) and Pro at $250/month (2,500 tests, 50 IPs). The Enterprise plan, with unlimited tests and monitoring, is custom. It is a recurring cost, distinct from verification credits, which are a one-off purchase.
  • Does Bouncer have an API and is it billed separately?
Yes, Bouncer offers a verification API, both bulk and real-time, plus native integrations with tools like Mailchimp, Brevo or HubSpot. The API is not billed separately: it uses the same credit grid as pay-as-you-go, with no extra access fee. You simply spend your credits through the API instead of the interface. For very high volumes or specific throughput needs, it is best to confirm the exact terms on Bouncer's official page.
  • Is Bouncer more expensive than ZeroBounce or NeverBounce?
At entry, all three are level, around $0.008/email. The difference lies elsewhere. Bouncer credits never expire, NeverBounce credits expire after 12 months, and ZeroBounce works more on a monthly reload of free credits (100/month). ZeroBounce adds enrichment data, NeverBounce is the long-standing standard. Kickbox is in the same range, $0.008 to $0.01/email. For pure verification with one-off spend, the lack of credit expiry tilts things in Bouncer's favor.
  • How much does Bouncer cost to clean a large list?
It all depends on the number of emails. For 100,000 contacts, expect $400 pay-as-you-go ($0.004/email), for 250,000 around $750, and for one million $2,000 ($0.002/email). Because the rate is tiered, one big cleanup costs much less per email than a small verification. And since credits never expire, you can buy a higher tier for the unit price, then spread consumption. Above one million emails, Bouncer offers custom pricing with support.
  • How do I pay less for Bouncer?
The first lever is volume: the grid is tiered, so buying a bigger pack lowers the price per email, and since credits never expire, you lose nothing by buying ahead. The second is frequency: avoid re-verifying your whole list before every campaign, focus on new and inactive contacts. Finally, add Bouncer Shield or the Deliverability Kit only if you truly use them, as those are monthly subscriptions that stack on top of credit costs.
