Stamped Alternatives

Six Stamped alternatives, one honest test, five criteria each.

Stamped does two things well: it collects reviews and runs loyalty programs from a single dashboard, and it earns a 3.7 out of 5 in our test. The problem is the price wall. The free plan disappeared in June 2025, reviews start at $23 per month, and the combined loyalty and reviews plan jumps to $299 per month, all before you hit enterprise volume. If that price gap is where Stamped stops fitting, here are the six alternatives we rate highest, scored hands-on so you can pick the right one fast.

The honest take

Why teams leave Stamped

Let us be fair: Stamped is a genuinely capable reviews and loyalty platform and it scores 4.2 on features in our test. Tens of thousands of Shopify stores run on it and it handles photo reviews, NPS, loyalty points and VIP tiers in one place. Teams do not leave because Stamped is bad. They leave because the pricing model changed, the free tier is gone, and the cost of combining reviews with loyalty became hard to justify compared to more focused or more affordable alternatives.

The free plan is gone

Stamped discontinued its free Lite plan in June 2025. You cannot test the platform before paying, and the entry point for reviews is now $23 per month. Rivals like Judge.me, Loox and Smile.io all offer a genuine free tier, which is why value scores a low 3.1 in our test.

Loyalty is a steep extra

Reviews and loyalty are sold separately. The standalone loyalty plan starts at roughly $299 per month, which is high for a mid-size Shopify store. Yotpo and Smile.io both have lower-cost loyalty entry points, and Judge.me bundles loyalty-adjacent features at a fraction of that.

Customer support can be slow

Support scores 3.4 in our test, and users on G2 and Capterra raise response time as a recurring issue, especially on lower tiers. Okendo and Yotpo consistently rate higher for hands-on onboarding and support quality at comparable price points.

Order-volume pricing adds up

Stamped tiers pricing by monthly order volume, so a fast-growing store hits a more expensive tier faster than expected. Combined with the separate loyalty pricing, the total cost for a brand that wants both tools easily exceeds $300 to $500 per month before enterprise.

Reviews and loyalty feel loosely integrated

While Stamped markets itself as all-in-one, several merchants report that the loyalty and reviews dashboards feel like two separate products. Yotpo has invested more in connecting its modules, and Okendo ties reviews directly into customer profiles for richer segmentation.

Limited headless and non-Shopify support

Stamped is heavily Shopify-first. Brands on BigCommerce, Magento or headless storefronts find setup more friction-prone than with Yotpo, which natively supports multiple commerce platforms, or Okendo, which has stronger headless APIs.

Best for enterprise scale

Yotpo

4.1/5

Yotpo is the alternative for brands that have outgrown point solutions and want a single retention platform. It combines reviews, loyalty, referrals and until late 2025 email and SMS into one connected ecosystem, and at 4.8 on features it goes deeper than Stamped on almost every axis: richer UGC collection, native checkout loyalty redemption, 20-plus prebuilt campaign templates and strong multi-platform support across Shopify, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Support quality scores 4.2, a meaningful step above Stamped's 3.4. The honest trade-off is pricing: loyalty alone starts at $199 per month, and costs scale quickly by order volume. Stamped still wins on the combined price of its entry review tier, and its interface is arguably simpler for smaller teams. Yotpo is the better pick when you want enterprise depth and an ecosystem play, and the worse pick if you are a small store that just needs reviews cheaply.

Standout features
  • Deep reviews, loyalty, referrals in one platform
  • Native Shopify checkout loyalty redemption
  • Multi-platform: Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce
  • Strong enterprise support and onboarding
+Pros
  • Far deeper feature set than Stamped (4.8 vs 4.2)
  • Better support quality (4.2 vs 3.4 in our test)
  • Loyal ecosystem: modules talk to each other
  • Free review plan for small-volume stores
Cons
  • Loyalty entry price ($199/mo) is steep for SMBs
  • Order-volume pricing climbs fast at scale
  • Heavier to configure than Stamped for simple setups

Best free reviews alternative

Judge.me

4.0/5

Judge.me is the alternative for stores that refuse to pay Stamped's entry price for basic reviews. It is the most installed Shopify reviews app by a wide margin, almost entirely because its free tier is genuinely usable: unlimited review request emails, unlimited orders and solid photo review widgets at zero cost, everything Stamped charged for before its free plan existed and removed entirely in 2025. The paid tier at $15 per month adds branding removal, Google Shopping integration and custom forms, making it the cheapest credible reviews tool on the market. Where Stamped beats it is depth: no native loyalty program, lighter analytics and less VIP tier functionality. Judge.me scores 4.5 on ease, well above Stamped's 3.8, and its 4.8 value score is the best in this list. The trade-off is that if you want loyalty too, you will need a separate tool like Smile.io, whereas Stamped keeps both in one dashboard.

Standout features
  • Free plan with truly unlimited review requests
  • Paid plan at $15/mo, cheapest in this list
  • Strong photo and video review collection
  • 4.5 ease score, simple to set up and run
+Pros
  • Best free plan in this group, genuinely unlimited
  • Best value score in our test (4.8)
  • Huge install base and community integrations
  • Quick setup, no technical skill needed
Cons
  • No built-in loyalty program (separate tool needed)
  • Less feature depth than Stamped on analytics
  • Lighter enterprise reporting

Best for customer data depth

Okendo

3.9/5

Okendo is the alternative for brands that think of reviews as a data layer, not just a trust badge. Where Stamped collects reviews and stores them, Okendo ties each review to a customer profile, captures zero-party data through post-purchase quizzes and attributes, and feeds it all into Shopify's customer segmentation and connected tools like Klaviyo. Feature depth scores 4.3, ahead of Stamped, and support scores 4.1, a clear step above Stamped's 3.4. Pricing starts at $19 per month for reviews, cheaper than Stamped, but Okendo's enterprise tiers can exceed $499 per month at volume. Stamped wins on having loyalty built in without needing the Okendo Loyalty add-on, and on pure simplicity for smaller teams. Okendo is the better pick when customer intelligence matters as much as review display, and the worse pick if you just need cheap, simple review collection.

Standout features
  • Reviews linked to rich customer profiles
  • Zero-party data capture via post-purchase quizzes
  • Strong Klaviyo integration for segmented campaigns
  • Better support quality than Stamped (4.1 vs 3.4)
+Pros
  • Review data tied to customer intelligence
  • Cheaper entry price than Stamped ($19 vs $23/mo)
  • Better support in our test (4.1 vs 3.4)
  • Strong DTC and headless API support
Cons
  • No free plan
  • Loyalty is a separate add-on cost

Best loyalty specialist

Smile.io

3.8/5

If Stamped is losing you on loyalty pricing, Smile.io is the dedicated alternative. It is the most popular loyalty app in the Shopify ecosystem, powering over 100,000 merchants, and it does the three loyalty mechanics extremely well: points programs, VIP tiers and referral campaigns, all with a free plan that actually runs a real program for small stores. Where Stamped bundles loyalty and reviews, Smile.io focuses on loyalty alone, which means you pair it with Judge.me or Loox for reviews, but you get a deeper, more polished loyalty experience. Ease scores 4.2, above Stamped's 3.8, and the free tier is a genuine differentiator. The trade-off is that Smile.io does not collect reviews, so you are running two tools where Stamped runs one, and Smile.io's paid plans can also get pricey at scale.

Standout features
  • Most popular loyalty app on Shopify (100K+ merchants)
  • Points, VIP tiers and referrals done deeply
  • Free plan that runs a real loyalty program
  • Easiest loyalty setup in this list (4.2 ease)
+Pros
  • Free loyalty plan where Stamped has no free tier
  • Specialist depth on loyalty mechanics
  • Easy to set up and run (4.2 ease vs 3.8)
  • Huge merchant community and integrations
Cons
  • No reviews module, needs a separate reviews tool
  • Paid plans get expensive at higher order volume
  • Less analytics depth than Stamped on reviews side

Best for visual and photo reviews

Loox

3.7/5

Loox is the alternative for brands where the product photo matters more than the star rating. It is purpose-built for visual social proof, pulling in photo and video reviews automatically with incentivized request emails, and its review widgets are the most polished-looking in this list for storefronts where aesthetics drive conversion. Ease scores 4.3, above Stamped's 3.8, and at $12.99 per month it is the cheapest paid entry in this group. The honest trade-off is narrow scope: there is no loyalty program, analytics are lighter than Stamped's, and the feature depth score reflects that at 3.2 against Stamped's 4.2. Loox wins when your customers share photos and you want the best-looking review grid on your page. It loses when you want loyalty, NPS or richer reporting alongside reviews.

Standout features
  • Best-looking photo and video review widgets
  • Lowest paid entry price in this list ($12.99/mo)
  • Incentivized review request emails built in
  • Fast setup, no developer needed
+Pros
  • Cheapest paid option in this comparison ($12.99)
  • Beautiful visual review display
  • Easy to set up (4.3 ease vs 3.8 for Stamped)
  • Strong fit for fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands

Best clean UX for Shopify

Junip

3.6/5

Junip is the alternative for Shopify brands that want reviews working in an afternoon with no configuration project. It is the simplest onboarding experience in this list, scores 4.4 on ease, higher than any other tool here, and its email review collection converts well thanks to clean, mobile-optimised templates. A free plan is available for smaller stores. Where Stamped clearly wins is depth: Junip has no loyalty module, limited analytics, and a narrower integration set, scoring 3.0 on features against Stamped's 4.2. The paid plan at $19 per month is reasonable, but the platform grows with you more slowly than Yotpo or Okendo. Junip is the better pick for a brand that just wants reviews running cleanly and cheaply, and the worse pick once you need loyalty, NPS or advanced reporting alongside your review collection.

Standout features
  • Simplest onboarding experience in this list
  • Clean, high-converting review email templates
  • Free plan for smaller stores
  • 4.4 ease score, highest in this group
+Pros
  • Easiest setup in this comparison (4.4 ease)
  • Free plan as a genuine starting point
  • Clean, modern interface
  • Reasonable paid entry at $19/mo

How to choose a Stamped alternative

The right alternative depends on what Stamped is costing you, whether that is actual dollars, missing features or a free plan that no longer exists. Start from your real reason for leaving, then match it to the tool below. Here is how we would steer the most common cases.

Leaving over price

If cost is the trigger, go to Judge.me first. Its free plan handles unlimited reviews with no order cap, and the paid plan at $15 per month is the cheapest in this list. If you need loyalty too, pair it with Smile.io's free plan and you are covering both channels for less than Stamped's entry review price.

Need enterprise depth

If you have outgrown Stamped's analytics or you are running a multi-channel brand, Yotpo is the move. It scores 4.8 on features, supports Shopify, BigCommerce and Salesforce, and its loyalty module has deeper tier structures and campaign templates than Stamped's. Expect to pay more, but you get a proper retention platform.

Want reviews tied to customer intelligence

If your goal is to use review data to segment and personalise, Okendo is the specialist. It links reviews to customer profiles, captures zero-party data through quizzes and feeds it all into Klaviyo and Shopify. If reviews are a data layer for you, not just a trust badge, Okendo is the better fit.

Visual brand needing photo reviews

If you are in fashion, beauty or lifestyle and the product photo drives conversion, Loox is the pick. The review widgets are the most visual in this list, the entry price is the lowest at $12.99 per month, and the photo review collection flow is polished and fast. You will need a separate loyalty tool, but for visual social proof it wins.

Migrating from Stamped

Most tools in this list support importing your existing reviews. Export your reviews from Stamped as a CSV or via API, then import them into the new tool using its guided import flow. Review content, star ratings and dates migrate cleanly. Loyalty point balances are trickier: if you are switching loyalty tool, communicate the change to your customers early and consider a one-time points transfer or equivalent reward to retain goodwill.
  • Identify whether you need reviews only, loyalty only, or both combined.
  • Check if a free plan is essential, and which tools genuinely offer one.
  • Compare the real total cost at your order volume, not just the entry headline.
  • Confirm it integrates natively with Klaviyo, Shopify and your other key tools.
  • If switching loyalty too, plan how you communicate and migrate customer point balances.
  • Export a sample of your reviews and test the import with your own data before committing.
FAQ · 10 questions

Stamped alternatives, the FAQ

  • What is the best free alternative to Stamped?
The best free alternative to Stamped in 2026 is Judge.me. Stamped discontinued its free plan in June 2025, so you cannot start without paying. Judge.me, by contrast, offers a genuinely unlimited free tier with unlimited review request emails, unlimited orders processed and solid photo review widgets at no cost. Junip and Yotpo (for reviews only at low order volume) also offer free starting points. If you also need a loyalty program for free, Smile.io has a free plan that runs a real points program, which you can pair with Judge.me to cover both channels without spending a dollar until you outgrow them.
  • Is Judge.me better than Stamped?
For reviews alone and at small to mid store size, Judge.me wins clearly on price and ease. It scores 4.8 on value in our assessment against Stamped's 3.1, and its free plan covers what Stamped used to charge for. Where Stamped beats Judge.me is depth: Stamped combines reviews, loyalty and NPS in one dashboard, whereas Judge.me does reviews only, so you need a separate tool for loyalty if you want both. If all you need is reliable, affordable review collection, Judge.me is the stronger pick. If you want reviews and loyalty managed together, Stamped's combined platform wins despite the price.
  • What is the best Stamped alternative for Shopify?
It depends on your priority. For free review collection, Judge.me is the best Shopify alternative to Stamped. For enterprise-scale reviews and loyalty, Yotpo is the strongest. For the best loyalty specialist, Smile.io is the most popular Shopify loyalty app with over 100,000 merchants and a free plan. For visual brands that rely on photo reviews, Loox wins on aesthetic and price. Our suggestion: if you are a small-to-mid store on Shopify looking to replace Stamped today, start with Judge.me for reviews and Smile.io for loyalty. Together they cost less than Stamped and cover the same ground.
  • Why did Stamped remove its free plan?
Stamped discontinued its free Lite plan in June 2025. The company did not give a detailed public reason, but the move aligns with a broader shift toward higher-value merchant segments: the entry review plan now starts at $23 per month and the combined loyalty and reviews plan at around $299 per month. Existing free plan users reportedly retained access at the time, though Stamped has been nudging them toward paid tiers. The removal of the free tier means new merchants cannot test the platform before committing, which is a meaningful barrier compared to Judge.me, Smile.io and Junip, all of which still offer free starting plans in 2026.
  • What is the cheapest alternative to Stamped?
Loox is the cheapest paid alternative at $12.99 per month, but it has no free plan. The cheapest overall starting point is Judge.me, which offers a genuinely unlimited free tier for reviews, or Smile.io if you need loyalty. Judge.me's paid tier at $15 per month is also cheaper than Stamped's entry price of $23 per month for reviews. If you want both reviews and loyalty for the lowest combined cost, pair the Judge.me free plan with Smile.io's free plan and you have both channels covered before paying anything.
  • Does Yotpo have a free plan?
Yotpo offers a free reviews plan for stores processing under 100 monthly orders, which is a real starting point for very early-stage brands. The loyalty module starts at $199 per month for up to 500 orders, and pricing scales by order volume from there. So Yotpo is not free once you include loyalty, and at higher order volumes the cost climbs quickly. If budget is tight, Judge.me for reviews and Smile.io for loyalty is a more affordable combination. If you are scaling past a few thousand orders a month and want one platform, Yotpo's enterprise depth justifies the cost.
  • What is the best alternative to Stamped for loyalty programs?
Smile.io is the best Stamped alternative specifically for loyalty programs in 2026. It is the most popular loyalty app on Shopify, runs points programs, VIP tiers and referrals with a free plan for small stores, and scores 4.2 on ease, higher than Stamped. For enterprise loyalty depth, Yotpo goes further with 20-plus campaign templates, native Shopify checkout redemption and multi-platform support. The honest context is that Stamped's loyalty module at $299 per month is one of the steeper entry prices in this space, and both Smile.io and Yotpo offer more loyalty-specific depth for comparable or lower cost at the right tier.
  • Can I import my reviews from Stamped to another platform?
Yes, most alternatives support importing your existing reviews from Stamped. The standard process is to export your reviews from the Stamped dashboard as a CSV file, then use the import tool in the new platform to map and upload them. Judge.me, Yotpo and Okendo all have guided import flows that handle review content, star ratings and dates well. Customer attributes and NPS data may need extra mapping. Loyalty point balances are the trickiest part: if you are switching loyalty platforms too, you will need to communicate the change to your customers and decide how to handle existing balances, since most tools cannot import a third-party point ledger directly.
  • Is Okendo better than Stamped for Shopify?
Okendo scores 4.3 on features and 4.1 on support in our assessment, both above Stamped's 4.2 and 3.4 respectively, and its entry price at $19 per month is lower than Stamped's $23. Where Stamped wins is the built-in loyalty module: Okendo's loyalty is a separate add-on cost, so if you want reviews and loyalty together, Stamped keeps it simpler. Okendo is the better pick when customer data depth matters, you want reviews feeding into Klaviyo segmentation, and you are happy to run loyalty separately. Stamped is the better pick when you want everything in one subscription and a simpler combined dashboard.
  • What is the best Stamped alternative for small stores?
For small Shopify stores in 2026, the best Stamped alternatives are Judge.me for reviews and Smile.io for loyalty. Judge.me's free plan covers unlimited review requests with no order cap, and its $15 paid plan is the cheapest in this list. Smile.io's free plan runs a real points program for stores in their early stages. Together they cover everything Stamped does at no initial cost, and you only start paying as you grow. Loox and Junip are also worth considering: Loox at $12.99 per month for visual brands and Junip for the cleanest setup experience, with a free tier available.
