Sales Navigator Alternatives

Six Sales Navigator alternatives, one honest test, five criteria each.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator does one thing brilliantly: it gives you the deepest search filters and the richest buyer-intent signals on LinkedIn's 900-million member network. It earns a solid 4.6 on features in our test. The problem is everything it withholds. It serves zero contact data, no emails, no direct dials. It costs $99 to $170 per seat per month, and CRM sync is locked behind the Advanced Plus tier at roughly $133 per seat. If those gaps are yours, here are the six alternatives we rate highest, scored hands-on so you can pick the right one fast.

The honest take

Why teams leave Sales Navigator

Let us be fair: Sales Navigator is the most powerful LinkedIn prospecting tool money can buy. Its advanced search filters, buyer-intent signals and account-level intelligence are unmatched in our test, scoring a deserved 4.6 on features. People do not leave because Sales Navigator is bad. They leave because it is a search and discovery layer only, not a complete prospecting stack, and the combination of locked contact data and high per-seat pricing makes it hard to justify for many teams.

No contact data at all

Sales Navigator shows you who to target but gives you nothing to reach them with. There are no email addresses, no phone numbers, no direct dials on any plan. You must pay a separate data provider on top of your Sales Navigator subscription, which means running two tools and two budgets just to send a cold email.

High cost per seat

The Core plan starts at $99.99 per seat per month billed monthly, or $89.99 billed annually. The Advanced plan runs $160 per seat. Advanced Plus, which is the only tier with real CRM sync, is custom-quoted and widely reported to land around $133 per seat annually for teams. A five-person team on Core easily spends $5,400 per year before adding any contact data tool.

CRM sync locked on the most expensive tier

Native bidirectional sync with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is only available on Advanced Plus, the priciest and quote-only plan. On Core and Advanced you can use workarounds, but there is no clean automatic write-back of LinkedIn activity to your CRM without paying Enterprise prices.

InMail limits are stingy and slow

The Core plan ships with 50 InMail credits per month. InMails must be written one at a time, and LinkedIn will restrict or ban accounts that use automation tools to bulk-send them. For teams running high-volume outbound, 50 monthly InMails do not move the needle and any workaround risks the account.

Export capabilities are restricted

You can export basic lead lists with names, titles, companies and LinkedIn URLs, but not contact information. List sizes are capped and the experience is manual. Teams that need to push large volumes of enriched data into a CRM or sequencing tool have to stitch together multiple exports and third-party enrichment steps.

Interface bugs and clutter

Recent user reviews on G2 and Capterra describe the interface as clunky and occasionally buggy, with search fields that lose input mid-type and a layout that has not kept pace with modern SaaS design. Support for billing and account issues is also flagged as slow and impersonal, a pain point for teams that need fast answers.

Best all-in-one alternative

Apollo.io

4.3/5

Apollo.io is the alternative most Sales Navigator leavers should try first. Where Sales Navigator gives you brilliant search but zero contact data, Apollo ships 275 million contacts across 73 million companies, a Chrome extension that enriches LinkedIn profiles in one click, built-in email sequences, a native dialer, and meeting intelligence, all from a free plan that requires no credit card. That combination scores 4.6 on value in our assessment, directly addressing Sales Navigator's biggest blind spot. The free plan caps you at 100 email credits per month and basic filters, and active outbound teams running heavy sequences can see real costs climb to $150 to $400 per user per month once credit overages kick in. Sales Navigator still wins if your goal is the deepest LinkedIn-native buyer intent signals and account maps, since Apollo's intelligence layer does not replicate LinkedIn's network data. Apollo is the better call when you want a full stack: prospecting, enrichment, sequencing and dialing in one tool at a fraction of the price.

Standout features
  • 275M+ contacts and 73M+ companies in the database
  • Built-in email sequences, dialer and meeting intelligence
  • Chrome extension enriches LinkedIn profiles in one click
  • Native HubSpot and Salesforce sync on paid plans
+Pros
  • Free plan with real contact data Sales Navigator never provides
  • All-in-one stack removes the need for a separate sequencing tool
  • Strong value score where Sales Navigator scores a soft 2.8
  • 275M contact database far exceeds LinkedIn's export limits
Cons
  • Data accuracy varies by region; North American data is stronger
  • Credit overages can make active teams expensive
  • Sales Navigator has deeper LinkedIn-native intent signals

Best for verified phone data

Cognism

4.1/5

Cognism is the specialist pick for teams whose outbound motion lives on cold calling. Where Sales Navigator has no contact data and Apollo's phone accuracy varies, Cognism's Diamond Data tier offers phone-verified mobile numbers with a reported 98% accuracy rate, a material improvement in connect rates that outbound teams measure in cold calls per booked meeting. Its Elevate plan adds Bombora intent data (12 tracked topics), real-time signals for hiring activity and funding events, and a February 2026 bidirectional HubSpot sync, making it a credible all-in-one intelligence layer. The value score drops to 3.2 because Cognism publishes no prices and real-world quotes typically land at $22,000 to $37,500 per year for a five-person team once platform fee and per-seat licenses are combined, well above what a smaller team can absorb. Sales Navigator at $90 per seat annually still wins on total LinkedIn-network access and buyer-intent signals for the mid-market. Cognism wins for enterprise teams that measure success in phone connects, not LinkedIn impressions.

Standout features
  • Phone-verified Diamond Data mobile numbers at 98% accuracy
  • Bombora intent data and real-time buying signals
  • Strong GDPR and CCPA compliance infrastructure
  • Bidirectional HubSpot sync launched February 2026
+Pros
  • Best phone-verified mobile data in the market
  • Intent signals rival ZoomInfo at a comparable price point
  • Excellent integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics
  • Strong customer support and onboarding for enterprise teams
Cons
  • No published pricing: every contract requires a sales negotiation
  • High total cost puts it out of reach for SMBs
  • Requires a separate outreach tool; Cognism is data-only

Best for account intelligence

ZoomInfo

4.0/5

ZoomInfo is the category incumbent: a massive B2B intelligence platform covering contacts, companies, technographics, intent signals and CRM enrichment at a scale no competitor fully matches. Its GTM Workspace platform, which rebranded from ZoomInfo Sales and ZoomInfo Copilot in late 2025, unifies CRM data, ZoomInfo intelligence, engagement history and buying signals into a single view, and its integration depth earns a top 4.8 in our assessment. The honest trade-off is cost and complexity. ZoomInfo does not publish pricing: the Professional tier is widely reported to start around $15,000 per year and the Advanced tier at $25,000, with per-seat add-ons running $1,500 to $2,500 each, and a five-person Advanced team typically lands at $37,500 before onboarding or API access. That scores a soft 2.9 on value. Sales Navigator at $90 to $133 per seat is dramatically cheaper for smaller teams, and it has richer LinkedIn-native account mapping. ZoomInfo wins when you need the broadest data layer across thousands of accounts and a budget to match.

Standout features
  • Largest B2B database: hundreds of millions of contacts and company profiles
  • GTM Workspace unifies intelligence, engagement and CRM data
  • Technographic, firmographic and intent filters at enterprise scale
  • Deep integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Marketo and more
+Pros
  • Unmatched data breadth and intent signal depth
  • Best-in-class CRM enrichment and programmatic API access
  • Technographic filters let you target by installed tech stack
  • Strong enterprise-grade security and compliance certifications
Cons
  • Price starts at $15K+/yr: inaccessible for most SMBs
  • No self-serve or free plan: all access requires a sales conversation
  • Complexity and setup time are significant for new teams

Best value for SMBs

Lusha

3.8/5

Lusha is the easiest entry point for teams that need contact data off LinkedIn without paying Sales Navigator prices or committing to an enterprise contract. Its Chrome extension overlays verified emails and phone numbers directly on any LinkedIn profile, Sales Navigator page, Salesforce record or HubSpot contact, and a 100-million profile database means most common B2B contacts are covered. It scores 4.4 on ease of use, the highest in this list, and a free plan with 40 credits per month lets you validate the data quality before spending anything. The honest limitations are database depth and regional coverage: Lusha skews heavily toward North America and the UK, email accuracy rates land in the 80 to 90 percent range and phone accuracy around 70 to 80 percent, below what Cognism or Apollo achieve. Support scores a softer 3.2. Sales Navigator still wins on pure LinkedIn-network access, buyer intent signals and account mapping. Lusha is the better call when you are a small team that wants fast, cheap contact lookup without the complexity of an enterprise data platform.

Standout features
  • Chrome extension that reveals contacts directly on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Free plan with 40 credits per month, no credit card required
  • 100M+ business profiles across North America and Europe
  • Simple CSV enrichment and CRM push to HubSpot and Salesforce
+Pros
  • Easiest setup of the group at 4.4 ease, even simpler than Sales Navigator
  • Free plan with real contact reveals Sales Navigator never offers
  • Very low entry pricing for small teams
  • Works natively inside Sales Navigator without switching tabs
Cons
  • Data skews North America and UK: weaker European mobile coverage than Cognism
  • Phone accuracy around 70-80%, lower than top-tier alternatives
  • Feature depth is limited: no native sequencing or intent data

Best for GDPR-compliant European data

Kaspr

3.7/5

Kaspr is built for LinkedIn-first prospecting in a way no other tool in this list is. Its Chrome extension overlays phone numbers and emails directly on individual LinkedIn profiles, and crucially it also handles bulk extraction from Sales Navigator lists, letting you select up to 2,500 profiles and enrich them in the background without leaving the platform. That workflow, enriching inside Sales Navigator rather than exporting first, is its clearest edge. Kaspr is GDPR-compliant by design, which makes it the strongest choice for teams prospecting into continental European markets where compliance is a real concern, not an afterthought. B2B email credits are unlimited on paid plans, though phone credits are capped at 100 to 200 per month on the Starter tier. Value scores 3.8, reasonable for a specialist tool at $49 per month per user. Sales Navigator still delivers richer account intelligence, buyer intent signals and relationship mapping. Kaspr wins when European compliance and bulk Sales Navigator enrichment are the primary requirements.

Standout features
  • Bulk enrichment directly inside Sales Navigator lists (up to 2,500 profiles)
  • GDPR-compliant contact data with strong European mobile coverage
  • Chrome extension overlays contacts on LinkedIn profiles in one click
  • CSV enrichment and workflow automation for list processing
+Pros
  • GDPR-compliant design: the safest choice for European outbound teams
  • Bulk Sales Navigator enrichment without leaving the LinkedIn interface
  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans
  • Transparent published pricing, unlike ZoomInfo or Cognism
Cons
  • Phone credits capped at 100-200/mo on the entry plan
  • Smaller database than Apollo, ZoomInfo or Cognism
  • Feature set narrower than all-in-one alternatives like Apollo

Best for domain-level email finding

Hunter.io

3.5/5

Hunter.io is the most affordable and most narrowly focused tool in this comparison. It does one thing exceptionally well: given a company domain, it finds and verifies the professional email addresses associated with it, either one at a time or in bulk via CSV. For marketers running link-building campaigns, PR outreach or account-based email lists built around company domains rather than LinkedIn profiles, Hunter is the most efficient and cheapest option available, with a free plan covering 25 searches per month and paid plans from $34 per month. It also includes a basic email sequence tool (Campaigns) on paid plans. Where it clearly loses to every alternative in this list is LinkedIn-native enrichment: Hunter has no Chrome extension that works on LinkedIn profiles or Sales Navigator, and it cannot look up a person by name, only by domain. Sales Navigator's network intelligence, account mapping and buyer intent signals are in a completely different category. Hunter is the better pick for domain-first email finding at scale on a small budget, and the worse pick for any LinkedIn-led prospecting workflow.

Standout features
  • Domain Search: finds all email addresses associated with a company website
  • Email Verifier: validates deliverability before sending
  • Bulk tasks via CSV for large email lists
  • Campaigns: basic email sequence tool built in on paid plans
+Pros
  • Free plan with 25 searches per month and email verification
  • Cheapest entry point in this comparison at $34/month
  • Best-in-class for domain-level bulk email finding
  • Extremely simple: no learning curve for non-technical users
Cons
  • No LinkedIn or Sales Navigator Chrome extension
  • Cannot look up contacts by name: domain-only lookup
  • No phone numbers, no intent data, no account intelligence

Buyer's guide

How to choose a Sales Navigator alternative

The right alternative depends on what Sales Navigator is not giving you. Start from the specific gap, contact data, cost, phone numbers, compliance or outreach, then match it to the tool that fills exactly that. Here is how we would steer the most common cases.

Leaving because you need contact data

If the core problem is that Sales Navigator gives you no emails and no phone numbers, Apollo.io is the first tool to evaluate. It combines a 275-million contact database with built-in sequencing and a free plan. For phone-verified mobile numbers at enterprise scale, Cognism is the specialist. For simple, fast lookup at a low cost, Lusha handles most common B2B contacts from a Chrome extension and a free starting plan.

Leaving over cost

If the $90 to $170 per seat feels like too much for a discovery-only tool, Apollo.io and Lusha both start free. Hunter.io is the cheapest paid option at $34 per month if your workflow is domain-first. Keep in mind that pairing a cheaper contact data tool with a separate LinkedIn prospecting workflow often replicates most of what Sales Navigator does for less total spend.

You need GDPR-compliant European data

If you prospect into continental European markets and GDPR compliance is a hard requirement, Kaspr is the specialist. It is designed for compliance from the ground up, handles bulk enrichment directly inside Sales Navigator lists, and has stronger European mobile coverage than Apollo or Lusha. Cognism's Elevate tier is the enterprise alternative for the same market.

Migrating away from Sales Navigator

Moving off Sales Navigator starts with exporting your saved leads and account lists as CSV files (names, titles, companies, LinkedIn URLs only), then re-enriching them with the contact data tool you are adopting. Apollo, Lusha and Kaspr all accept LinkedIn URL lists for bulk enrichment. The migration is a half-day task for most teams. The harder adjustment is losing LinkedIn's real-time buyer-intent signals and account relationship maps, which no external tool fully replicates. Plan for that gap in your prospecting motion before you cancel the subscription.
  • Define your primary gap: contact data, cost, phone numbers, GDPR compliance, or outreach sequencing.
  • Decide whether you want a single all-in-one tool (Apollo) or a specialist data layer to run alongside LinkedIn.
  • Check whether your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) is natively supported by the alternative you are evaluating.
  • Verify regional data quality: ask vendors for accuracy benchmarks specific to your target geographies.
  • Project the real per-seat cost: include platform fees, per-user licenses and credit overages, not just the headline price.
  • Run a free plan or trial with a real prospect list from your ICP before committing: data quality is the one thing you cannot judge from a demo.
FAQ · 10 questions

Sales Navigator alternatives, the FAQ

  • What is the best free alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
The best free alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator in 2026 is Apollo.io. Sales Navigator offers only a 30-day trial, whereas Apollo gives you a permanent free plan with 100 email credits per month, 275 million contacts, a LinkedIn Chrome extension, and two outbound sequences, all at no cost. Lusha is a strong runner-up with a free plan covering 40 contact reveals per month via its LinkedIn extension. Hunter.io also has a free plan with 25 domain searches per month for marketers who need email finding rather than LinkedIn prospecting. The trade-off with free tiers is credit or search limits, but they are enough for solo sellers or small teams validating the data quality before committing to a paid plan.
  • Does LinkedIn Sales Navigator include contact data like emails or phone numbers?
No. LinkedIn Sales Navigator does not include email addresses or phone numbers on any plan, including Advanced Plus. It shows you LinkedIn profiles, job titles, companies, buyer-intent signals and account maps, but it gives you no way to contact prospects outside of InMail. To get actual contact data from Sales Navigator, you need to run a separate data enrichment tool such as Apollo.io, Lusha, Kaspr or Cognism alongside it. This is the single most common reason teams evaluate Sales Navigator alternatives.
  • How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost in 2026?
LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing in 2026 starts at $99.99 per seat per month billed monthly, or $89.99 per seat billed annually on the Core plan. The Advanced plan runs $159.99 per seat per month, or roughly $139.99 billed annually. The Advanced Plus tier, which includes real CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics, is quote-only and widely reported to land around $133 per seat per year for teams. A five-person team on Core spends approximately $5,400 per year, and that does not include any contact data provider. A 30-day free trial is available on Core and Advanced.
  • Is Apollo.io better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
It depends on what you are optimizing for. Apollo.io wins if you need contact data (emails and phone numbers), built-in outreach sequences, a dialer, and a cost-effective starting point: Apollo's free plan does more than Sales Navigator's $90/seat plan in terms of actionable data. Sales Navigator wins if LinkedIn-native buyer intent signals, account relationship maps, TeamLink and the deepest search filters on LinkedIn's 900-million member network are your priority. Many teams use both: Sales Navigator for discovery and Apollo for enrichment and outreach. If you can only afford one, Apollo gives more for less at every price point.
  • What is the best Sales Navigator alternative for cold calling?
Cognism is the best Sales Navigator alternative for cold calling in 2026. Its Diamond Data tier offers phone-verified mobile numbers with a reported 98% accuracy rate, a meaningful improvement in connect rates over unverified data. ZoomInfo is the enterprise alternative with an equally large database and strong direct-dial coverage. For smaller teams on tighter budgets, Apollo.io includes a built-in dialer alongside its 275-million contact database. Lusha and Kaspr also surface phone numbers via Chrome extension, though accuracy and coverage are lower than Cognism for European mobile numbers specifically.
  • What is the best Sales Navigator alternative for European markets?
Kaspr is the best Sales Navigator alternative for teams prospecting into continental European markets in 2026. It is GDPR-compliant by design, has stronger European mobile number coverage than Apollo or Lusha, and uniquely supports bulk enrichment directly inside Sales Navigator lists without requiring an export step. Cognism's Elevate tier is the enterprise option for the same market, with Bombora intent data and phone-verified European mobiles, though at a significantly higher price point. Both require GDPR-compliant opt-out mechanisms in your outreach sequences for full compliance.
  • Can I use Sales Navigator and Apollo.io at the same time?
Yes, and many high-performing SDR teams do exactly that. The workflow is straightforward: use Sales Navigator's advanced filters and buyer-intent signals to build a targeted lead list, export it as a CSV with LinkedIn URLs, then upload that list into Apollo for contact data enrichment and outreach sequencing. Apollo's Chrome extension also lets you enrich individual profiles directly inside Sales Navigator without leaving LinkedIn. The combined cost is roughly $90 per seat for Sales Navigator Core plus whatever Apollo plan fits your volume, which is still often less than ZoomInfo's entry price for teams of five or fewer.
  • Is ZoomInfo worth it as a Sales Navigator alternative?
ZoomInfo is worth it for enterprise GTM teams that need the largest available B2B contact database, deep technographic and intent signals, and programmatic CRM enrichment at scale. It is not worth it for most SMBs: the Professional tier starts around $15,000 per year and a five-person Advanced team typically lands at $37,500 or more, before onboarding and API fees. For mid-market teams, Apollo.io delivers a strong fraction of ZoomInfo's data breadth at a dramatically lower cost. The honest answer is that ZoomInfo wins on data depth and integration sophistication, but the total cost of ownership is only defensible when your team is large enough and your ICP broad enough to use the volume of data that justifies the contract.
  • What is the cheapest alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Hunter.io is the cheapest paid alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator at $34 per month for its Starter plan, and it has a free plan with 25 searches per month. Lusha and Apollo.io are also free to start. If you need a full prospecting stack rather than just email finding, Apollo.io's Basic plan at $49 per user per month is the most affordable all-in-one option and vastly undercuts Sales Navigator's $90 per seat on Core. The caveat is that none of these cheaper tools replicate the depth of LinkedIn-native buyer intent signals and account relationship intelligence that justify Sales Navigator's premium price for teams where those specific signals drive pipeline.
  • How do I migrate my leads from Sales Navigator to another tool?
Migrating your leads from Sales Navigator starts with exporting your saved lead and account lists. Sales Navigator lets you export lists as CSV files containing names, job titles, company names and LinkedIn profile URLs, but no contact data. Once you have the CSV, upload it into your chosen alternative: Apollo, Lusha and Kaspr all accept LinkedIn URL lists for bulk enrichment and will append emails and phone numbers. For CRM migration, check whether your new tool supports direct Salesforce or HubSpot import, which Apollo and Cognism both do. The export is a manual, list-by-list process on Sales Navigator's side, so block a morning for a medium-sized team with multiple saved lists. The bigger adjustment is replacing the real-time buyer-intent signals and account maps you lose when you cancel: plan your prospecting motion accordingly before switching.
