Agency · Pory · Portals & web apps

The Pory agency.A portal you can own.

Pory turns your Airtable, Sheets or Supabase into a real web app, but a blank workspace isn't a portal, and most projects stall the day auth, memberships and Stripe get hard. We build the pages on your live data, wire login and payments, launch on your domain, and hand it over.

What we do

A Pory agency ships the portal, not just the trial.

Anyone can sign up for Pory. Modelling your data so the app behaves, wiring auth and Stripe, and getting it live on your domain is a different job. Here are the four things we own.

Method · 4 stages

We build Pory apps on clean data, not on a demo.

Most Pory projects stall the same way: a base connected in ten minutes, then nobody models the data, the auth gets confusing, Stripe never gets wired, and the portal sits half-built. So we treat it like a product: scope the real job, model the data source, build pages, auth and payments, and launch on your domain with a team trained to run it.

  • Audit · map your data, your users, and what the portal actually has to do
  • Model · structure your Airtable or Supabase so collections and search behave
  • Build · pages, blocks, auth, conditional visibility and Stripe, scoped and tested
  • Launch · custom domain, SEO basics, and a team trained to own it

Differentiator · no badge

We build across the whole no-code stack.

We don't sell a partner tier. We build on Pory and across the wider no-code stack (Airtable, Supabase, Make, n8n), so we know where Pory shines and where it doesn't. That honesty is exactly what's missing when an agency forces every project into one tool whether it fits or not.

  • We build on Pory ourselves and across the no-code stack, so we know where it shines (portals on Airtable data) and where it doesn't.
  • Honest scoping by default: if your app needs complex backend logic or native mobile, we say so before you commit, not after.
  • You leave autonomous: the app lives in your Pory workspace on your own data, so your team owns it without us.
  • No badge to sell. We're judged on whether the portal ships, gets used and is yours to edit, not on a partner tier.

What we set up

Pory at the front, your data and tools behind it.

We configure the parts that turn a connected base into a portal people actually use, then connect it to the stack you already run. Here's what a real build covers.

Free audit · 60 minutes

We scope your portal, you leave with a plan.

Before quoting anything, we take 60 minutes to look at your data, your users and what the portal actually has to do. You leave with an honest read on whether Pory fits, what to model first, and how auth and payments should work. Zero pitch, just a builder's take on your project.

Our approach

How we run a Pory build.

Five steps, in order. We don't build a page before the data is modelled, we don't ship a paywall without testing it, and your team owns the app at the end. Each step has a deliverable and you sign off before we move on.

  1. Step 1 · Scope audit

Map what the portal actually has to do

We sit down with you and look at the real job: who logs in, what data they see, what they submit, whether they pay. We check your Airtable, Sheets or Supabase and how clean it is. Half the value is telling you whether Pory is the right tool, because if you need complex backend logic or a native mobile app, we'll point you elsewhere instead of forcing a portal.

  2. Step 2 · Model the data

Structure your data source so the app behaves

A messy base makes a messy portal. We model your Airtable, Google Sheets or Supabase so Pory collections, filters, sorting and search work the way users expect, set up the relationships behind dynamic and detail pages, and clean what needs cleaning. The data layer is signed off before we build a single page, so nothing breaks when real records flow in.

  3. Step 3 · Build the app

    Pages, blocks, auth and payments

We design the pages and arrange the blocks into a layout that reads well, build the dynamic and detail pages from your records, set up user authentication and memberships, gate content with conditional visibility, and wire Stripe so members pay and unlock automatically. Each piece is tested with real data so the portal works on day one, not just in the editor preview.

  4. Step 4 · Connect & launch

Custom domain, SEO and your stack

We launch the app on your own custom domain, set the SEO basics so public pages and directories can be indexed, and connect it to your wider no-code stack through Make or n8n so a new member or submission triggers the automations you already run. We check it holds up on mobile and that members can actually self-serve before anything goes public.

  5. Step 5 · Train & hand over

Hand you the keys, then get out of the way

We build in your own Pory workspace, so the app is yours from the start. We train your team to add pages, edit blocks, manage members and tweak the data source without us. If you want to go deeper, our Pory training covers portals, auth and payments end to end. If you want us on call for what scales next, we talk about that separately.

Proof · what the clients say

We're judged on the portal that ships.

No partner badge to display, so we lead with what matters: feedback from the teams whose Pory portal we built, and whether they kept running it after we left. Our Trustpilot reviews come from those teams, not from a marketing deck.

  • The app lives in your Pory workspace on your own data
  • Auth, conditional visibility and Stripe tested before launch
  • Live on your custom domain with the SEO basics done
  • Trustpilot reviews come from the teams we built for

FAQ · Pory agency 2026

The questions we get asked on repeat.

  • What does a Pory agency actually do?
A Pory agency builds the web app or portal you need on top of your existing data, instead of leaving you with a blank Pory workspace. We connect your Airtable, Google Sheets or Supabase, model it so collections and search behave, design the pages and blocks, build dynamic and detail pages, set up user authentication and memberships, gate content with conditional visibility, wire Stripe payments, and launch on your custom domain with the SEO basics. The point is a client portal, directory or internal app that gets used, not a half-built project you abandon.
  • How much does a Pory build cost?
It depends on scope: a simple directory on one Airtable base is nothing like a membership portal with auth, conditional visibility and Stripe payments wired into your stack. We don't throw out a flat package. We start with a free 60-minute audit to scope what your portal actually has to do, then quote a fixed scope. The Pory subscription itself you pay Pory directly; we build inside your workspace so the app and the data stay yours.
  • Can Pory connect to Supabase, not just Airtable?
Yes. Pory is best known for turning Airtable into web apps, and it also works with Google Sheets and Supabase as data sources. Airtable is the most common starting point for client portals and directories, while Supabase makes sense when you already have a relational database or need more room to grow. In the audit we look at where your data lives today and pick the source that fits, rather than forcing everything into one tool.
  • Can you set up memberships and Stripe payments on Pory?
Yes, that's a core part of most portals we build. We set up user authentication, sign-up and login, member roles and plans, then gate pages and blocks with conditional visibility so each plan unlocks the right content. We wire Stripe so members subscribe, pay and get access automatically, with the paywall and member-only areas built around your pricing. Sign-up, paywall, member dashboard: configured and tested so customers self-serve instead of emailing you for access.
  • Can you put my Pory app on my own custom domain with SEO?
Yes. We launch your Pory app on your own custom domain so your brand owns the URL, and set the on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, indexable dynamic and detail pages) so public directories and pages can rank in search. Pory generates a page per record for directories, which is exactly what you want indexed. We also check the app loads and reads well on mobile, because a portal that breaks on a phone loses half its traffic.
  • When is Pory NOT the right tool for the job?
When the app needs complex backend logic, heavy custom workflows inside the product, or a native mobile app, Pory will fight you and a full app builder like Bubble or actual code is the better call. Pory is excellent for portals, directories, membership sites and internal apps that sit on top of Airtable, Sheets or Supabase data. In the free audit we tell you honestly whether your project fits, because shipping the wrong tool helps nobody.
  • Will I be able to edit the Pory app after you hand it over?
Yes, and that's the point. We build in your own Pory workspace, on your own Airtable or Supabase, so the app and the data are yours from day one. We train your team to add pages, edit blocks, manage members and tweak the data source without us. A portal you can't touch is a liability, so we make sure you can run it in-house, and we leave a clear setup rather than a black box only we understand.
  • How long does a Pory build take?
For a scoped portal (data modelling, pages, auth, basic Stripe, custom domain), count 2 to 4 weeks: audit and data modelling first, then the build and a launch on your domain. A larger membership site with multiple plans, deep conditional visibility and stack integrations runs longer. We split the work into batches so you get a usable portal live fast, rather than waiting on the whole thing before anyone can log in.
