Configuration parameters:

• Credential to connect with: This dropdown allows you to select which Postmark account to monitor. This is a required field—you must authenticate before the trigger can listen for events.
• Events: A multi-select field where you choose which email events should fire the trigger. Available options include Bounce, Click, Delivery, Open, Spam Complaint, and Subscription Change. At least one event must be selected. You can select multiple events to have a single trigger respond to various email activities.
• First Open: An optional toggle switch that, when enabled, specifically tracks only the first time a recipient opens an email. This is useful when you want to trigger a workflow only on initial engagement, not on every subsequent open (which can happen when recipients re-read emails).
• Include Content: An optional toggle that determines whether the full email content is included in the trigger payload. Enable this if your workflow needs to reference the original email body, subject line, or other content details.
