How much does Stamped cost?

The real price of the reviews and loyalty platform for ecommerce, plan by plan, module included.

Short answer: Stamped starts at $19/mo on the Basic Reviews plan billed annually, for up to 200 orders a month. But that is the price of reviews alone. Loyalty and Lifecycle are separate subscriptions: Loyalty opens around ~$59/mo, and a real reviews plus loyalty stack runs closer to ~$299/mo through the bundle. Below, every plan, every module, and what you actually pay based on your order volume.

Prices collected June 2026 on Stamped's official page and cross-checked across several sources. Some grids show a slightly different order-based tier (200 orders ~$23, 1,000 ~$99, 5,000 ~$199), worth confirming on the official page. These plans cover reviews only, not Loyalty or Lifecycle, billed separately (see below).

The headline-price trap

Stamped is billed by product

The headline price only covers reviews. Stamped sells three products separately, and the bill climbs fast once you stack them. Here is what each piece costs.

Reviews

The core product: review collection, photo, video, widgets, Q&A, NPS. From $19 (Basic) to $249/mo (Professional) billed annually, then custom above that. This is the product detailed in the table above.

Loyalty and Rewards

The loyalty program (points, VIP tiers, referrals) is a separate subscription. It opens around ~$59/mo (Starter, 500 orders), moves to ~$149/mo (Growth, VIP tiers) and ~$249/mo (Professional). VIP tiers only kick in from the Growth plan.

Reviews + Loyalty bundle

To combine both products without paying full price for each, Stamped offers a bundle, around ~$299 to $499/mo depending on the tier. It is often the real cost of a useful stack for a store that wants both reviews and loyalty.

SMS credits and add-ons

Each Reviews plan includes a set amount of SMS credits ($19, $39, $99, $150 by plan). Beyond that, SMS is billed extra. Good news since June 2025: order overage fees were removed, so exceeding your tier no longer triggers a per-order surcharge.

  • Only need to collect reviews? The Reviews product alone is enough.
  • Want a loyalty program? It is a separate subscription, add it to the math.
  • Want both? The bundle is often cheaper than two standalone subscriptions.
  • Watch your monthly order volume: it is what pushes the tier up.
  • No free plan or trial since June 2025: budget for it from day one.
Our method

How we cost out the real price

Stamped's headline price does not tell you what you actually pay, because the platform is modular. For a useful reviews plus loyalty stack, we reason in terms of the bundle rather than adding two full subscriptions. Here is the math, billed annually.

Is Stamped expensive?

Stamped's price against the alternatives

Stamped's entry plan against the other ecommerce review apps. Judge.me stays the cheapest with a free plan, but Stamped combines reviews and loyalty where the others focus on reviews. Sort by price or by model.

Entry prices collected June 2026. Judge.me is the cheapest with a true free plan (unlimited orders). Loox starts at $12.99/mo but scales by volume up to $299.99/mo. Yotpo opens at $19/mo but climbs fast to hundreds of dollars at renewal. Stamped is not the cheapest on reviews alone, but it is one of the few to combine reviews and loyalty under one platform.

The verdict

So, is Stamped expensive?

Our take after digging in: the price for reviews alone is fair, but the real cost depends on the products you stack. Here is when it is worth it, and when it stings.

Good value if…

You want both reviews and a loyalty program under one platform. At ~$299/mo on the bundle, Stamped saves you from juggling two tools, and volume-based pricing (not per seat) stays readable as your team grows.

Too expensive if…

You only want to collect reviews on a small store. At $19/mo Stamped is fair, but Judge.me offers a free plan and Loox starts at $12.99/mo. Without a loyalty need, those alternatives come out cheaper.

The verdict

Stamped is a solid pick once you want reviews and loyalty together at a fair price, as long as you reason product by product. Take reviews alone if that is all you need, and move to the bundle only when loyalty truly enters your plan.

  • Pay yearly: about 20% off across every product.
  • Start with reviews alone, add loyalty when you need it.
  • Compare the bundle to two standalone subscriptions: it is often cheaper.
  • Watch your order volume so you do not jump a tier without reason.
  • No free trial since 2025: ask for a demo before you commit.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Stamped pricing

  • How much does Stamped cost per month?
Stamped starts at $19/mo on the Basic Reviews plan billed annually, for up to 200 orders a month. But that rate only covers reviews. The Reviews plans then climb to $39 (Premium), $99 (Business) and $249/mo (Professional), then custom above that. Loyalty is a separate subscription that opens around $59/mo, and a useful reviews plus loyalty stack runs closer to $299/mo through the bundle. The smart move is to start with reviews alone and add loyalty only when you need it.
  • How much does Stamped cost per year?
Billed annually, the Basic Reviews plan comes to about $228/yr ($19 x 12), Business to about $1,188/yr and Professional to about $2,988/yr, for reviews alone. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus month to month. If you add Loyalty or take the reviews plus loyalty bundle, expect closer to $3,600/yr. Always confirm the exact price on the official page before you pay, since order tiers can change over time.
  • Does Stamped have a free plan?
No. Stamped removed its free Lite plan in June 2025, and the free trial disappeared alongside it according to recent rundowns. You now need a paid plan to unlock features, starting at $19/mo on reviews. That is a real change from the old offer and a friction point for brands still in the testing phase. If you want to try the platform before paying, the best route is to request a demo from the sales team. It is worth comparing with Judge.me, which keeps a permanent free plan.
  • Is loyalty included in the price of Stamped?
No. The loyalty and rewards program is a separate subscription from the Reviews product. It opens around $59/mo (Starter, up to 500 orders), moves to about $149/mo (Growth, with VIP tiers and custom referrals) and $249/mo (Professional). VIP tiers and advanced rewards only kick in from the Growth plan. If you want both reviews and loyalty, the bundle that combines the two products, around $299/mo, is often cheaper than paying for both subscriptions at full price. Start with reviews alone if loyalty is not a priority.
  • How much does a full setup on Stamped cost?
Expect about $299/mo billed annually for a useful reviews plus loyalty stack, through the bundle that combines both products. That is well above the $19 headline price, because Stamped bills its products separately. For an established brand that wants the high end (AI, NPS, VIP tiers, high volume), the premium bundle or a Professional plus Loyalty combo runs closer to $499/mo. If you only need reviews, you can stay on the Reviews product alone, from $19 to $249/mo depending on your order volume.
  • Is Stamped more expensive than Judge.me or Loox?
On reviews alone, yes. Judge.me is the cheapest with a permanent free plan (unlimited orders) and a paid plan at $15/mo. Loox starts at $12.99/mo for 100 orders, then scales by volume up to $299.99/mo. Stamped at $19/mo is comparable on the entry plan, but bills loyalty separately. The difference: Stamped combines reviews and a loyalty program under one platform, where Judge.me and Loox focus on reviews. If you only want to collect reviews, the alternatives come out cheaper; if you want reviews plus loyalty, Stamped makes sense.
  • Is there a discount for paying Stamped yearly?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus month to month, across every product (Reviews, Loyalty, bundle). It is the main way to pay Stamped less. On monthly billing there is no contract and you can cancel anytime, but you lose that discount. That said, there is no reliable recurring official promo code: be wary of third-party coupon pages. The best lever stays the annual commitment, plus only subscribing to the products you actually need rather than stacking them all.
  • Does Stamped charge order overage fees?
No, not since June 2025. Stamped removed overage fees, so crossing your tier's order cap no longer triggers a per-order surcharge. That is a real improvement over the old model, where going over got expensive. That said, sitting durably above your tier can push you to upgrade to the next plan. On SMS, each plan includes a credit amount ($19, $39, $99 or $150 by plan); beyond that, SMS is billed extra. So watch both your order volume and SMS usage to avoid surprises.
  • How much does Stamped cost for a large store?
For a large, high-volume store, expect around $499/mo billed annually for a premium stack: a high-end bundle or the Professional Reviews plan ($249) plus Loyalty ($149 to $249), before any extra SMS credits. Above 20,000 orders a month on reviews, the Enterprise plan moves to custom pricing, with guided migration, a dedicated account manager and priority support. Good news: Stamped's pricing scales with order volume, not seats, so adding users does not raise the bill. Request a quote if you exceed these volumes.
  • Can you cancel Stamped easily?
Yes. On monthly plans there is no long contract: you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. On annual you get the discount but commit for the year. The thing to watch is your data: export your reviews, media and loyalty members before closing your account, because recovering that content afterward is harder. If you are torn between monthly and annual, start monthly to validate the platform, then switch to annual once convinced to capture the 20% savings.
