How Much Does Spiky Cost?

The real price of the meeting intelligence and sales coaching tool, plan by plan.

Short answer: Spiky has a free plan (3 meetings a month, no credit card), then paid plans from $15/user on Plus with annual billing ($18/user monthly). But the entry price does not get you everything: AI coaching and CRM integrations start on Pro ($24/user), while real-time coaching and unlimited meetings sit on Premium ($40/user). Because Spiky bills per seat, a sales team's bill climbs quickly. We walk through every plan and what you actually pay for your setup.

Prices checked June 2026 on spiky.ai/pricing and cross-referenced across several sources. Spiky bills per seat: multiply the plan price by your number of users. Monthly costs roughly 18% more than annual. Some aggregators list 10 meetings on the free plan, but the official site and help center both state 3 meetings per month.

Mind the entry price

Spiky unlocks by tier

The $15/user entry price does not get you the core of the product. The features that make Spiky worth it for a sales team are locked to higher plans. Here is what unlocks, and where.

Free plan (3 meetings)

The free plan covers note-taking: Spiky Scribe, transcription, summaries, reels. But it caps at 3 meetings a month, enough to test, not for regular use. No credit card required.

Plus plan (Spiky Agent)

At $15/user annually, you move to 30 meetings a month and unlock Spiky Agent, the snippets library, keyword tracking and team management. The right plan for a solo or a manager structuring their meetings, but still without sales coaching.

Pro plan (AI coaching + CRM)

This is where Spiky becomes a sales tool: at $24/user annually, you unlock CRM and Slack integrations, pre-built playbooks, AI snippet recommendations and AI coaching. For most sales teams, this is the real entry point, not Plus.

Premium plan (real-time + unlimited)

At $40/user annually, you move to unlimited meetings and real-time coaching: live battlecards, playbooks and coaching during the call, an executive dashboard, sentiment reporting, plus 5 passive seats included. The tier for teams that genuinely coach live.

  • Fewer than 3 meetings a month? The free plan is enough.
  • Want Spiky Agent and keyword tracking? Plus plan.
  • Want AI coaching and the CRM? You need Pro.
  • Coaching live or over 30 meetings? Premium.
  • Bill per seat: multiply the price by your headcount.
Our method

How we size the real cost

Spiky's listed price is a per-user price, and the Plus entry plan does not cover coaching. For a sales team's real cost, we take the Pro plan (the first with CRM and AI coaching), annual billing, times the number of seats. Here is the math for a five-person team.

Estimates with annual billing (June 2026), based on the per-seat price times headcount. Monthly costs roughly 18% more. The Pro plan is the first to include AI coaching and the CRM, so it is a sales team's real entry point, not the Plus plan.

Is Spiky expensive?

Spiky's price versus the alternatives

Spiky sits between pure note-takers and revenue intelligence platforms. Here is how the entry prices line up against Fireflies and Otter, on their paid plans, annual.

Entry prices checked June 2026. All three bill per seat.

Our coaching pick

Spiky

AI coaching from the Pro plan

$15/user, then $24 for coaching

  • Real-time and unlimited from Premium ($40)

Fireflies

Note-taking, AI credits extra

$10/user (Pro, annual)
  • Free plan available
  • AI credits billed separately (from $5)
  • Business $19, Enterprise $39

Otter

Meeting transcription

$8.33/user (Pro, annual)
  • Free plan: 300 min/month
  • $16.99/user monthly
  • Less sales coaching

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. Fireflies and Otter are cheaper to start but remain mostly note-takers, and Fireflies' AI credits push the bill up fast. Spiky stands out for sales coaching (AI from Pro, real-time from Premium). At the high end, Gong plays in a different price bracket altogether (custom quote, often $1,200+/user/year).

The verdict

So, is Spiky expensive?

Our take after testing it: Spiky is well priced for sales coaching, as long as you target the right plan. Here is when it pays off, and how to pay less.

Good value if…

You want sales coaching without paying enterprise platform prices. At $24/user on Pro, Spiky gives you AI coaching, the CRM and playbooks for a fraction of a Gong's cost. For a small sales team, that is an excellent ratio.

Less appealing if…

You only want to transcribe meetings. Spiky's coaching is locked to Pro and Premium, so if all you need is notes, a Fireflies ($10) or Otter ($8.33) comes in cheaper. And on the Plus plan you pay without reaching the AI coaching.

How to pay less

Spiky is a solid sales coaching tool at a fair price, as long as you think in tiers. Go straight to Pro if you want AI coaching and the CRM, keep the free plan to test, and only move to Premium if you genuinely coach in real time.

  • Pay annually: roughly 18% off every plan.
  • For a sales team, go straight to Pro, not Plus.
  • Keep the free plan to test before committing.
  • Move to Premium only for real-time or unlimited.
  • Bill per seat: trim headcount so you skip idle seats.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Spiky pricing

  • How much does Spiky cost per month?
Spiky has a free plan (3 meetings a month, no credit card), then paid plans billed per seat: Plus at $15/user annually ($18 monthly), Pro at $24/user annually ($29 monthly) and Premium at $40/user annually ($49 monthly). The Enterprise plan is a custom quote. Because Spiky bills per user, multiply the plan price by your number of seats. For a sales team that wants AI coaching and the CRM, the real entry point is the Pro plan at $24/user.
  • Does Spiky have a free plan?
Yes. Spiky offers a permanent free plan, with no credit card, limited to 3 meetings a month per user. It covers the core of note-taking: Spiky Scribe, transcription, meeting summaries, comments, reel sharing, topic detection and calendar integration. That is enough to test the tool on a few meetings, but the 3-meeting cap makes it limiting for regular use. Note that some comparison sites claim 10 meetings on the free plan, while the official site and help center both state 3.
  • How much does Spiky cost per year?
On annual billing, the Plus plan works out to about $180/year per user ($15 × 12), the Pro plan to about $288/year and the Premium plan to about $480/year. Annual saves roughly 18% versus monthly. For a team of five reps on the Pro plan, expect around $1,440/year. Always check the exact price on the official page before paying, since tiers can change and monthly versus annual figures are sometimes presented differently across pages.
  • What is the price difference between Plus, Pro and Premium?
The three paid plans differ by the features they unlock, not just by price. Plus, at $15/user annually, gives you 30 meetings a month, Spiky Agent and keyword tracking. Pro, at $24/user, adds CRM and Slack integrations, playbooks and AI coaching: it is the first plan genuinely built for a sales team. Premium, at $40/user, unlocks unlimited meetings and real-time coaching (battlecards, live coaching), plus an executive dashboard and 5 passive seats. Choose by the features you need, not just the price tag.
  • Is AI coaching included in Spiky's entry plan?
No. AI coaching is not included in the Plus plan at $15/user. You need to move up to the Pro plan at $24/user annually to unlock AI coaching, CRM and Slack integrations, and pre-built playbooks. Real-time coaching, with battlecards and live coaching during the call, sits even higher, reserved for the Premium plan at $40/user. This is worth planning for: if you pick Spiky for sales coaching, your real entry point is Pro, not the Plus plan shown as the headline price.
  • Is Spiky billed per user or per team?
Spiky bills per seat, meaning per user. The listed price ($15, $24, $40) is per person per month: to know your bill, multiply it by your number of users. A team of five reps on the Pro plan therefore pays around $120/month annually. From the Premium plan up, Spiky includes 5 passive seats (participants who do not need a full active seat), and Enterprise offers 5 or more. Keep an eye on your active seat count so you do not pay for unused accounts.
  • How much does Spiky cost for a team of 5 reps?
For a team of five reps that wants AI coaching and the CRM, take the Pro plan at $24/user annually, which is about $120/month or $1,440/year. If you only need note-taking and Spiky Agent, the Plus plan at $15/user comes to $75/month for five. If you want real-time coaching and unlimited meetings, the Premium plan at $40/user climbs to $200/month for five. The smart move is to start from the Pro plan, the first with CRM and coaching, and step up to Premium only if you coach live.
  • Is Spiky more expensive than Fireflies or Otter?
At entry, yes slightly, but they are not quite in the same category. Fireflies starts at $10/user and Otter at $8.33/user annually, against $15/user for Spiky Plus. The thing is, Fireflies and Otter are mostly note-takers, and Fireflies bills AI credits separately that pile up fast. Spiky, by contrast, builds in sales coaching: AI coaching from Pro ($24), real-time from Premium ($40). If you want coaching, Spiky is competitive; if you only want to transcribe, Fireflies or Otter come in cheaper.
  • Is there a discount for paying Spiky annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 18% versus monthly on each plan. In practice, the Plus plan drops from $18 to $15/user, the Pro plan from $29 to $24/user and the Premium plan from $49 to $40/user. That is the main lever to pay Spiky less. For a team, the saving stacks across every seat: on ten users on Premium, annual saves about $90/month. The best move is to combine the annual commitment with picking the tightest plan for your real needs.
  • Can I cancel or change Spiky plans easily?
Yes, the subscription is managed from your account and you can change plan as your team grows. You can start on the free plan to test, move up to Plus or Pro as you structure your meetings, then switch to Premium if you need real-time and unlimited. Remember to export your transcripts, snippets and insights before closing an account or downgrading, so you do not lose your meeting history. For larger volumes, the custom-quote Enterprise plan adds a 1-day SLA and priority Slack support.
