How Much Does Salesflare Cost?

The real price of the B2B CRM, plan by plan, per-seat cost included.

Short answer: Salesflare starts at $29 per user per month on the Growth plan with annual billing ($39 monthly), with a free 30-day trial and no credit card required. But it is a per-seat CRM: the bill follows your headcount directly. A 3-person team on the Pro plan already runs ~$147/month. We walk through every plan, the lead-credit add-on, and what you actually pay based on the size of your team.

Prices checked June 2026 on salesflare.com/pricing and cross-referenced on G2 and TrustRadius. Pricing is identical in USD and EUR ($29 = €29). The Enterprise plan requires a 5-user minimum. Lead credits power the built-in email finder: beyond the included quota, they are bought in packs (see below).

Mind the per-seat math

Salesflare is billed per seat

The headline price is per user. The real bill is that price times the number of people on your team, plus the lead-credit add-on if you blow past your quota. Here is what pushes the total up.

The cost per user

Every seat you add costs the full plan rate: $29 (Growth), $49 (Pro) or $99 (Enterprise) per month annually. A 5-person team on Pro is $245/month, not $49. This is the main driver of your bill.

The Growth-to-Pro jump

Email workflows, per-user permissions and custom dashboards are Pro-only ($49). The moment your team wants to automate or wall off access, you move from $29 to $49 per seat, a 69% jump.

Lead credits (email finder)

The built-in email finder runs on credits. You get 5 (Growth), 100 (Pro) or 250 (Enterprise) included per month. Beyond that, packs cost $39 (250 credits), $69 (500) or $129 (1,000), at the same rate across every plan.

The Enterprise minimum

The Enterprise plan enforces a 5-user minimum, so $495/month is the floor annually. Below 5 people it is not available: you stay on Growth or Pro.

  • Count your real seat number: that is what drives the bill.
  • Want workflows and dashboards? Budget the Pro plan ($49/seat).
  • Doing cold outreach? Watch your lead-credit usage.
  • Fewer than 5 people? The Enterprise plan is not for you.
  • Pay annually: $10 to $25 saved per seat per month.
Our method

How we size the real cost

Salesflare's headline price is per seat, so it tells you little until you multiply it by your team size. To size the real cost, we take the Pro plan (the most common in teams) on annual billing and multiply by the number of users. Here is the math.

  1. Price per seat (Pro)Annual rate, per user per month
    $49
  2. Team of 33 × $49, the most common profile
    $147
  3. Team of 55 × $49 on the Pro plan

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. Salesflare ($29) is pricier at entry than Pipedrive ($14) but bundles automated data entry and enrichment. HubSpot starts at $20/seat with a limited free plan, though its real cost climbs fast across the Hubs. Close, another alternative, starts at $9/user (Solo) then $35 for a team. They all bill per seat: compare the per-user price, not the headline.

The verdict

So, is Salesflare expensive?

Our take after testing it: the per-seat price sits in the market average, but the real cost hinges on your team size. Here is when it pays off, and when it stings.

Good value if…

You are a small B2B team that hates manual data entry. At $29/seat, Salesflare auto-enriches contacts, tracks emails and builds records from signals. For 3 to 10 reps, the time saved easily justifies the price.

Less appealing if…

You are solo on a tight budget, or you just want a simple pipeline. Pipedrive at $14 covers the basics for less. And if your team is large, the per-seat cost stacks up fast: 10 people on Pro is $490/month.

The verdict

Salesflare is an excellent CRM for B2B teams that want automation without the bloat. Stay on Growth until you need workflows, pay annually, and keep an eye on lead-credit usage so you do not pile up packs.

  • Pay annually: $10 to $25 saved per seat per month.
  • Start on Growth, move to Pro only for the workflows.
  • Count your real seat number before comparing tools.
  • Use the 30-day free trial, no card, to validate the fit.
  • Watch your lead credits to avoid buying extra packs.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Salesflare pricing

  • How much does Salesflare cost per month?
Salesflare starts at $29 per user per month on the Growth plan with annual billing, or $39/month on monthly billing. The Pro plan, the most popular, costs $49 per user per month annually ($64 monthly), and Enterprise is $99 per user per month ($124 monthly). Because it is a per-seat CRM, multiply that price by your number of users for the real bill. A 3-person team on the Pro plan therefore runs about $147/month. The smart move is to start on Growth and only move to Pro once you need the workflows and dashboards.
  • How much does Salesflare cost per year?
On annual billing, the Growth plan works out to about $348/year per user ($29 × 12), Pro to about $588/year and Enterprise to about $1,188/year per seat. Annual billing saves $10 to $25 per seat per month depending on the plan, versus monthly. For a 5-person team on the Pro plan, expect around $2,940/year. Do not forget to add any lead-credit packs if you exceed your included quota. Always confirm the exact price on the official page before you pay.
  • Does Salesflare have a free plan?
No, Salesflare has no permanent free plan. It does offer a 30-day free trial, with no credit card, covering the full feature set of the plan you pick. That is longer than most rival CRMs, which often give 14 days. During the trial you can import your data, connect your inbox and test the automated data entry on your real contacts. Once the 30 days are up, you have to switch to a paid plan to keep using the tool.
  • Is Salesflare billed per user?
Yes. Salesflare is a per-seat CRM: you pay your plan's rate for each user on your team. A Growth seat is $29/month annually, a Pro seat $49, an Enterprise seat $99. In practice, a 5-person team on the Pro plan pays 5 × $49 = $245/month, not $49. This is the main driver of your bill, far more than the plan choice itself. Before comparing Salesflare to another CRM, always work out the per-seat price multiplied by your team size.
  • What is the price difference between Growth and Pro?
The Growth plan costs $29 per user per month annually, Pro is $49, so $20 more per seat per month (a 69% jump). What you unlock by moving to Pro: automated email workflows, per-user permissions, custom dashboards and a quota of 100 lead credits per month instead of 5. For a team that wants to automate follow-ups or wall off access, the jump is worth it. For simple CRM use, tracking contacts and deals, Growth is often enough and saves you on every seat.
  • Is Salesflare more expensive than Pipedrive or HubSpot?
It depends on the plan. At entry, Salesflare ($29/seat) is pricier than Pipedrive ($14) but cheaper than most HubSpot configurations once you add features. HubSpot starts at $20/seat with a limited free plan, but its real cost climbs fast across the Hubs and paid seats. Salesflare stands out for automated data entry and enrichment included from Growth, where Pipedrive bills some of that as add-ons. Since they all bill per seat, the right comparison is the per-user price multiplied by your team size.
  • What are Salesflare lead credits?
Lead credits power Salesflare's built-in email finder, which finds the professional addresses of your prospects. Each plan includes a monthly quota: 5 credits on Growth, 100 on Pro, 250 on Enterprise, per user. If you use more, you buy extra packs at the same rate across every plan: $39 for 250 credits, $69 for 500, $129 for 1,000. If you do a lot of cold outreach, watch your usage to avoid stacking packs. If you already have your lists, the included quota is plenty.
  • Is there a discount for paying Salesflare annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves $10 to $25 per seat per month depending on the plan. Growth drops from $39 to $29/month, Pro from $64 to $49, Enterprise from $124 to $99. Across a multi-seat team the gap adds up fast: for 5 users on Pro, annual saves about $900 a year. That is the main way to pay less for Salesflare. There is no reliable recurring promo code, so be wary of third-party coupon pages and lean on the annual commitment instead.
  • How much does Salesflare cost for a team of 5?
For a 5-person team on annual billing, expect $145/month on Growth (5 × $29), $245/month on Pro (5 × $49) or $495/month on Enterprise (5 × $99). The Pro plan is the most common for a sales team that size, since it unlocks workflows and shared dashboards. Note that the Enterprise plan enforces exactly a 5-user minimum, so that is the smallest entry ticket for that plan. Add any lead-credit packs if your team does a lot of cold outreach.
  • Can I cancel Salesflare easily?
Yes, the subscription cancels from your account at any time, with no long commitment on monthly plans. If you add or remove a seat mid-cycle, billing is prorated: you only pay for the days used, and a removal generates a credit for the unused days. On an annual plan, additions are prorated through your next billing date. Remember to export your contacts, deals and history before closing your account, as with any CRM. There are no cancellation fees.
