How Much Does Process Street Cost?

The real price of the checklist and SOP tool, plan by plan, per seat.

Short answer: Process Street does not publish its prices, everything goes through a quote and a 14-day trial. Cross-referencing the vendor's partner docs and several sources, the entry-level Startup plan starts at ~$12.50/member/month annually (~$15 monthly), with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan and no credit card. But billing is per seat: every paid member adds to the bill. We walk through the three plans, what sets them apart, and what you really pay based on your team size.

What each Process Street plan costs

Here are Process Street's three plans. The vendor shows no price on its official page, everything is quote-based: the figures below are cross-referenced from the vendor's partner docs and several third-party sources, on annual billing (monthly costs more). Prices checked June 2026. Process Street shows no public prices on process.st/pricing (custom quote model). The Startup rate (~$12.50 annual, ~$15 monthly per member) and the Enterprise example (~$52.50/member/month) come from the vendor's partner-program docs; the Pro rate (~$25 annual, ~$30 monthly) is cross-referenced from third-party sources. To be confirmed via an official quote, the tiers can vary with your team size.

The seat-pricing trap

Process Street is billed per member

Unlike volume-based tools, here every seat you add raises the bill. The price per member depends on the plan, but it is the number of paid members that really drives the total. Here is what weighs on the bill.

Startup plan (entry level)

The entry plan, reserved for organizations under 15 staff and $2M revenue: ~$12.50/member/month annually, up to 5 paid members and 10 guests. Unlimited workflows, but capped automation (10 apps, 100 actions/month) and 5,000 Data Set records.

Moving from Startup to Pro

The Pro plan nearly doubles the price per seat (~$25/member/month annually) to unlock all automation apps, custom actions, advanced analytics and 10,000 Data Set records. It is the plan to aim for once usage gets serious.

Guests and Data Set records

Startup includes 10 guests; beyond that it depends on the quote. Data Set records (5,000 on Startup, 10,000 on Pro, custom on Enterprise) can become a ceiling if you store a lot of structured data inside your workflows.

Enterprise (onboarding included)

The Enterprise plan (example ~$52.50/member/month) unlocks unlimited API and storage, SSO, multi-brand sub-accounts, plus onboarding and integration handled by the vendor. It is quote-based, best reserved for large organizations.

  • Under 15 staff? The Startup plan is often enough to start.
  • Need every automation? You have to move up to Pro.
  • Lots of external guests? Check the cap before you sign.
  • Storing structured data? Watch your Data Set records.
  • API, SSO or multi-brand? That is reserved for Enterprise.
Our method

How we size the real cost

The price Process Street advertises does not exist in the open, and billing is per member. To estimate the real cost, we multiply the per-seat price of the right plan by the number of paid members, on annual billing. Here is the calculation logic, plan by plan.

The real cost

What you actually pay per month

Because billing is per seat, the cost hinges mostly on the number of paid members. Four typical profiles, on annual billing, assumptions stated.

Estimates on annual billing (June 2026), based on the per-member price × the number of seats. Process Street bills per seat, not by volume: at a given plan, every paid member added raises the total. The Pro and Enterprise rates are cross-referenced from third-party sources and partner examples, to be confirmed via an official quote.

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages and aggregators. Process Street and Tallyfy bill per seat, as does Pipefy (per user, with a free plan up to 10 users). Kissflow, not listed here, imposes a minimum flat fee of about $1,500/month, which makes it suited to big organizations. The cheapest option for execution-only roles is Tallyfy with its Light seats (~$8.33/month).

The verdict

So, is Process Street expensive?

Our take after testing it: the entry price is reasonable, but the seat-based billing and the lack of public pricing complicate the decision. Here is when it pays off, and when it stings.

Good value if…

You are a small organization with a lean team. At ~$12.50/member/month on Startup, with unlimited workflows and approvals, Process Street is competitive for documenting and running your recurring SOPs. The 4.8/5 user score across 15 reviews confirms the satisfaction in this segment.

Too pricey if…

You have a large team and want every automation. Seat-based billing pushes the bill up fast (~$250/month for 10 people on Pro, ~$1,050/month for 20 on Enterprise). A tool with a generous free plan like Pipefy (free up to 10 users) can work out cheaper to get started.

The verdict

Process Street is an excellent checklist and SOP engine, as long as you reason per seat. Start with the 14-day free trial, stay on Startup while your team is small, and only move to Pro when you genuinely need every automation.

  • Use the 14-day free trial of the Pro plan, no card needed.
  • Stay on Startup while your team has fewer than 5 paid members.
  • Pay annually: the per-member rate is lower than monthly.
  • Limit paid members, switch operators to guests where you can.
  • Get a firm quote before Pro or Enterprise, the prices are not public.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Process Street pricing

  • How much does Process Street cost per month?
Process Street publishes no prices on its official page, everything runs through a quote. Cross-referencing the vendor's partner docs and several third-party sources, the entry-level Startup plan starts at about $12.50/member/month on annual billing, roughly $15/member/month monthly. The Pro plan sits around $25/member/month annually ($30 monthly) and Enterprise around $52.50/member/month per a vendor example. Since billing is per seat, the total depends mostly on the number of paid members: a team of 10 on Pro lands around $250/month.
  • Does Process Street have a free plan?
No, Process Street has no permanent free plan. It does offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan, with no credit card. During the trial you get unlimited workflows, conditional logic, approvals and automation, so you can validate the tool on your real processes. After 14 days you have to move to a paid plan (Startup, Pro or Enterprise) to keep going. Nonprofit discounts are available on request, and the tool is also accessible through AWS Marketplace.
  • Is Process Street billed per user/seat?
Yes, the model is seat-based: you pay per paid member of the organization, not by usage volume or number of workflows. That matters because the bill grows linearly with the team. The Startup plan is capped at 5 paid members and 10 guests, while Pro and Enterprise offer a custom number of members. To keep the cost down, the trick is to keep a tight circle of paid members and switch plain operators to guests when the plan allows it.
  • What's the price difference between Startup and Pro?
The Startup plan starts at about $12.50/member/month annually, but it is reserved for organizations under 15 staff and $2M in revenue, with capped automation (10 apps, 100 actions per month) and 5,000 Data Set records. The Pro plan nearly doubles the per-seat price, around $25/member/month annually, to unlock all automation apps, custom actions, advanced analytics and 10,000 Data Set records. Moving to Pro makes sense as soon as you need to automate seriously or push past Startup's limits.
  • Why doesn't Process Street show its prices?
Process Street runs on a quote model: its official page, process.st/pricing, presents the Startup, Pro and Enterprise plans but shows no figures, inviting you to contact sales or start a trial. It is a common practice among B2B vendors that adjust the price to team size and needs. The numbers floating online, like $12.50 or $25 per member, come from the vendor's partner docs and third-party aggregators. For a firm price, your best move is to request a quote after the free trial.
  • How much does Process Street cost for a team of 10?
For a team of 10 paid members on the Pro plan, expect about $250/month on annual billing (10 × ~$25/member/month). If those 10 people can fit on the Startup plan, and your organization qualifies (under 15 staff and $2M revenue), the cost would drop closer to $125/month, but Startup is capped at 5 paid members. Beyond that, you have to move to Pro. To trim the bill, the ideal is to limit paid members to those who build the workflows and switch operators to guests.
  • Is there a discount for paying Process Street annually?
Yes. Annual billing lowers the per-member rate versus monthly: the Startup plan goes from about $15 to $12.50/member/month, roughly 17% off. The same logic applies to the higher plans. It is the main lever to pay less for Process Street, alongside limiting the number of paid members. Discounts are also offered to nonprofit organizations on request. Be wary of third-party promo codes: on a quote-based tool, the real lever stays the annual commitment negotiated with the vendor.
  • Is Process Street more expensive than Pipefy or Tallyfy?
It depends on the model and the team size. Pipefy offers a free plan up to 10 users, then its Business plan starts around $18 to $25/user/month, which can make it cheaper to start. Tallyfy also bills per seat, with Full seats around $25/member/month and Light seats around $8.33/month for operators, handy if many people only execute. Process Street at ~$12.50/member/month on Startup is competitive at the entry level, but its Pro rate matches Tallyfy Full. The choice comes down to automation needs as much as price.
  • What does the Process Street Enterprise plan cost?
The Enterprise plan is quote-based and has no public price, but an example from the vendor's docs places it around $52.50/member/month. It unlocks unlimited API and storage, SSO, multi-brand sub-accounts, plus onboarding, setup and integration handled by the vendor. For an organization of 20 members, that works out to about $1,050/month. It is the plan reserved for large organizations that need governance, advanced security and dedicated support. The real rate is negotiated based on volume and the services included.
  • Can you cancel Process Street easily?
Yes, the subscription is managed from your account and you can change plan or reduce the number of members at renewal. The watch-out concerns the annual commitment: by paying yearly you settle 12 months upfront, so a mid-year change is not necessarily refunded pro rata. Remember to export your workflows, your Data Sets and your data before closing your account. For Pro and Enterprise plans bought via quote, check the cancellation and renewal terms in your contract before you sign.
