How Much Does Livestorm Cost?

The real price of the webinar platform, plan by plan, attendee-credit model included.

Short answer: Livestorm has a free plan (30 attendees per event, 20-minute sessions) and a Pro plan from around 89 euros a month on an annual credit pack. The big quirk: Livestorm bills neither per seat nor per registrant, but per attendee credit, about 2.50 euros per unique person per session over 12 months. Team members are unlimited and free. The upshot: for steady, mid-sized use it is competitive, but a high-attendance event can climb fast. We walk through every plan and what you actually pay for your profile.

What each Livestorm plan costs

These are the Livestorm plans. The core of the model is not the plan itself but the attendee credit: you buy an annual pack of credits and spend one per unique attendee, per session, over 12 months (live, replay or on-demand). Team members do not count and are unlimited. The Pro entry price is shown as a monthly equivalent on an annual pack.

Prices checked June 2026 on livestorm.co/pricing and cross-referenced across several sources. The Pro entry price varies by source (roughly 89 to 105 euros a month on an annual pack) and depends on credit volume and region, confirm on the official page. Older tiered monthly grids (Pro at 99 dollars, Business at 299 dollars) still circulate but look outdated since the move to the credit model.

Mind the entry price

Livestorm bills per attendee credit

The entry price tells you little: what you pay hinges on how many people attend. Here is what inflates the bill, and what stays included.

The attendee credit

One credit is spent per unique attendee, per session, over 12 months, whether they join live, watch a replay or view it on-demand. Budget around 2.50 euros per credit. No-shows cost nothing, and team members are never counted.

Audience volume

This is the real driver. An event with 3,000 live attendees runs about 7,500 euros in credits for that single event. The bigger your audience, the higher the bill, where a per-seat model stays flat.

Replays and on-demand

Watch out: every unique replay view also spends a credit over the 12-month window. A heavily watched replay costs as much as a live session. Factor it in if you lean on evergreen content.

Sales-quoted add-ons

Several options have no public price and go through sales: AI Studio, Live Translations, multiple workspaces, video hosting region, SSO, restreaming, RTMP input and extra API calls. Advanced CRMs (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) are Enterprise-only.

  • Small, regular audience? The Pro entry pack is enough.
  • One-off large event? Price the credits before committing.
  • Betting on replays? Each unique view spends a credit.
  • Need native Salesforce or Marketo? You must move to Enterprise.
  • Big team? Good news: members are unlimited and free.
Our method

How we size the real cost

Livestorm's listed price does not show what you really pay, because the model is per attendee credit. To size the real cost, we think in unique attendees per year = audience per session × number of sessions, multiplied by about 2.50 euros per credit, on an annual pack. Here is the breakdown.

Large event

  • A per-seat model often wins here

Estimates on an annual pack (June 2026), based on about 2.50 euros per attendee credit. Adjust for your real volume. The credit model favors small, regular audiences and penalizes one-off large events: above roughly 3,200 external attendees a year, a per-seat model like Demio often works out cheaper.

Is Livestorm expensive?

Livestorm's price versus the alternatives

The attendee-credit model changes everything based on your audience. Here is how the entry prices line up against Demio, Zoom Webinars and WebinarJam, which bill differently.

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. Livestorm's differentiator: it bills per real unique attendee, not per seat or fixed tier. On a small, regular audience it is competitive; on a large event, Demio (per host) or Zoom Webinars (per tier) often work out cheaper. WebinarJam starts lower still (~$39/month annual, up to 100 attendees).

The verdict

So, is Livestorm expensive?

Our take after testing it: it all comes down to your audience volume. Here is when the credit model pays off, and when it stings.

Good value if…

You run regular, mid-sized webinars and only want to pay for people who actually show up. At about 2.50 euros per attendee, with an unlimited team included, Livestorm is competitive for recurring B2B where many registrants never join.

Less appealing if…

You run a large event or a summit with thousands of attendees. At 3,000 attendees you approach 7,500 euros on a single event. There, a per-seat model like Demio or a Zoom Webinars tier usually costs far less.

How to pay less

Livestorm is an excellent webinar platform at a fair price as long as you think in real attendees. Size your credit pack to your expected yearly volume, watch the replay views, and only switch on the sales-quoted add-ons you genuinely need.

  • Estimate your yearly attendee volume before picking the pack.
  • Use the free plan to validate the tool with no credit card.
  • Count unique replay views in your credit budget.
  • Eyeing large events? Compare with a per-host model.
  • Need advanced CRMs or SSO? Request the Enterprise quote.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Livestorm pricing

  • How much does Livestorm cost per month?
Livestorm has a free plan (30 attendees per event, 20-minute sessions) and a Pro plan that starts around 89 euros a month as a monthly equivalent on an annual credit pack. But the real price depends on the attendee-credit model: you pay about 2.50 euros per unique attendee, per session, over 12 months. Team members are unlimited and free. For steady, mid-sized use the Pro entry is enough. For a large event the bill climbs with the number of attendees. The Enterprise plan, quote only, adds 12-hour sessions and advanced CRMs.
  • How does the attendee-credit pricing model work?
Livestorm bills neither per seat nor per registrant, but per attendee credit. One credit is spent for each unique attendee, per session, over a rolling 12-month period, whether they join live, watch a replay or view it on-demand. Budget around 2.50 euros per credit. Registrants who do not show up cost no credit, and your team members are never counted. You buy an annual pack of credits sized to your expected volume, then spend it across your events as the year goes.
  • Does Livestorm have a free plan?
Yes, Livestorm offers a permanent free plan, with no credit card. It is capped at 30 attendees per event and 20-minute sessions. That is enough to test the interface, create a first event in the browser and learn how registration and replays work, but not to run a real webinar. To go past those limits (more attendees, 4-hour sessions, integrations), you move to the Pro plan and buy a pack of attendee credits.
  • How much does Livestorm cost for a large event?
This is where the credit model can sting. For an event with 3,000 live attendees, the Pro plan ceiling, budget around 7,500 euros in credits for that single event (3,000 × ~2.50 €). The wider your audience, the higher the bill, unlike a per-seat model that stays flat. For that kind of use, a per-host tool like Demio or a Zoom Webinars tier often costs less. If you run large events regularly, request an Enterprise quote and compare with the alternatives.
  • Do replays consume credits on Livestorm?
Yes. This is an often-missed point: every unique view of a replay or on-demand session spends an attendee credit, just like the live session, over the 12-month window. The same person is counted once per session, but a heavily watched replay can consume as many credits as a live event. If you lean on evergreen content with replays watched by many people, build that volume into your annual pack so you do not run out of credits mid-year.
  • Is Livestorm more expensive than Demio or Zoom Webinars?
It depends on your audience volume. Demio bills per host (from ~$42/month Starter, ~$80/month Growth, ~$184/month Premium) with attendees included up to room capacity. Zoom Webinars works per tier (~$79/month for 500 attendees, ~$340/month for 1,000), on a base Zoom plan. Livestorm, per credit, is competitive on small, regular audiences with many no-shows, but gets pricier on large events. The crossover sits around 3,200 external attendees a year for a typical team.
  • Are team members billed on Livestorm?
No. This is one of the big advantages of the Livestorm model: team members (hosts, moderators, collaborators) are unlimited and consume no credits, on every paid plan. So you can have as many people run your webinars as needed at no extra cost, where per-host tools charge for each presenter. Only external attendees (the audience) spend credits. For a large team that runs a lot of sessions, this model is far cheaper than per-seat billing.
  • Which add-ons inflate the Livestorm bill?
Several options are not on the public grid and go through a sales quote: Livestorm AI Studio, Live Translations (AI subtitles), multiple workspaces, the video hosting region, SAML SSO, restreaming, RTMP input and extra API calls. On top of that come advanced CRM integrations: HubSpot is native from Pro, but Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics are Enterprise-only. If your sales team relies on those CRMs, plan for the Enterprise tier and its quote.
  • Is there a discount for paying Livestorm annually?
The Livestorm credit pack is annual by nature: there is no classic monthly billing on the official page. The annual commitment is therefore the baseline, and the saving versus a hypothetical monthly rate is around 20% according to comparisons. The real lever to pay less is not a one-off discount but sizing the pack: buy a credit volume as close as possible to your real yearly audience, neither too much (wasted credits) nor too little (mid-year top-ups, often less favorable).
  • Can I cancel or change Livestorm plans easily?
Because the credit pack is annual, the commitment runs over the year: you do not switch month to month like a classic monthly subscription. You can adjust your credit volume or move up a plan mid-contract as your needs change. Before committing, size your pack carefully against your forecast audience to avoid paying for unused credits. Also remember to export your event data, registrants and stats before the end of your contract if you decide to leave.
