Landbot vs Treble 2026

Short answer: pick Landbot if you want a multi-channel no-code builder with published pricing and self-serve sign-up, pick Treble if WhatsApp is your whole revenue channel in Latin America and you live in HubSpot or Salesforce. Both score 3.5/5 overall in our hands-on tests, but they are not the same kind of tool.

The catch nobody updated: Treble publishes zero public pricing, and since July 2025 Meta bills per template sent, so a broadcast-heavy account on Treble carries variable cost you cannot model before a sales call. Landbot answers with a public grid and WhatsApp from €80/mo on its WhatsApp Starter plan. That transparency gap decides most of this match.

The same five criteria we scored on each tool's review page. Equal scores still get a clear pick.

Round 1 · Ease of use

01 Round 1: getting the first bot live.

Landbot
4.1/5
WinnerLandbot
Treble
3.6/5
Our verdictEase of use · Winner : Landbot

Landbot takes this 4.1 to 3.6, and the gap is mostly about how you get started. Landbot's no-code canvas is one of the best on the market: we had a working web bot live in under ten minutes from a template, and the branching logic stays readable. Self-serve sign-up plus a 14-day full-feature trial means you can test at real scale without talking to anyone. The catch on Landbot's side is the canvas degrading past roughly 50 nodes and no version control.

Treble's builder is also genuine no-code, and the company positions setup as connection in minutes. Its real ease-of-use win is narrower but valuable: as a Meta BSP since 2019, it handles WhatsApp number verification and the API connection for you, removing the hardest part of going live on WhatsApp. The friction is the onboarding model, full paid access is sales-gated, and the free tier caps at 5 conversations, barely enough to poke at the builder. So Landbot is easier to start with overall, Treble is easier specifically for WhatsApp number provisioning.

Landbot

Choose Landbot for fast self-serve onboarding and a multi-channel canvas you can test today.

Treble

Choose Treble if frictionless WhatsApp number provisioning matters more than instant access.

Round 2 · Value for money

02 Round 2: where the bill actually lands.

Landbot
2.8/5
WinnerLandbot
Treble
2.6/5
Our verdictValue for money · Winner : Landbot

Landbot edges this 2.8 to 2.6, and honestly both score poorly for different reasons. Landbot's pricing is published but escalates steeply: WhatsApp only really opens up at WhatsApp Pro €200/mo, and there are three overage layers (regular chats at €0.05, AI chats at €0.10, WhatsApp templates at €0.05 plus Meta's fee). The bright spot is its WhatsApp Starter at €80/mo, the lowest confirmed transparent WhatsApp entry in this comparison.

Treble's problem is upstream of price: there is no public pricing at all. Four tiers exist (Free, Starter, Pro, Advanced) per the HubSpot Marketplace, but no paid number is shown, third parties call it high per agent, and a third-party signal puts Starter around $99/mo (unverified). Both tools then stack Meta's per-template fee on top since the July 2025 billing change, so total cost is hard to model on either. The difference: with Landbot you can at least model the platform side before you commit. With Treble you cannot price anything until you are in a sales cycle.

Landbot

Choose Landbot if you need a budget you can model before signing, WhatsApp from €80/mo.

Treble

Choose Treble only after a confirmed quote and modeling Meta fees at your real send volume.

Round 3 · Features and depth

03 Round 3: depth within WhatsApp vs across channels.

Landbot
3.9/5
WinnerTreble
Treble
4.2/5
Our verdictFeatures and depth · Winner : Treble

Treble wins this 4.2 to 3.9, and it is a focus-versus-breadth story. Within WhatsApp, Treble is purpose-built: bulk broadcasts with audience segmentation, click-to-WhatsApp ad flows that turn paid Meta clicks into qualified conversations, an in-chat product catalogue, audio message support (a default behaviour in LatAm), a multi-agent inbox, and a real AI layer for FAQ answering, qualification and summarisation. Landbot has none of those WhatsApp campaign features natively, no broadcast, no click-to-WhatsApp ad path.

Landbot answers with breadth. It covers web, WhatsApp and Messenger, ships four web widget formats, native Stripe payment collection, Calendly booking, dynamic API pulls, and an AI Agent mode connecting OpenAI and Gemini plus an AI Copilot that builds flows from natural language. The trade-off cuts both ways: Treble is WhatsApp-only with no built-in CRM, while Landbot lacks A/B testing and native Instagram. So for WhatsApp-first campaign depth, Treble. For multi-channel flow complexity with payments, Landbot.

Landbot

Choose Landbot for multi-channel coverage, payment collection and structured flow complexity.

Treble

Choose Treble for broadcasts, click-to-WhatsApp ads and audio-native WhatsApp campaigns.

Round 4 · Customer support and assistance

04 Round 4: who answers when it breaks.

Landbot
2.9/5
WinnerTreble
Treble
3.4/5
Our verdictCustomer support and assistance · Winner : Treble

Treble takes this 3.4 to 2.9. Its standout is the human side: real-time support in Spanish, Portuguese and English from people described as WhatsApp specialists, which for a LatAm buyer is the difference between a fluent conversation and a translated ticket. Higher tiers add dedicated onboarding, and the HubSpot Marketplace pool (roughly 55 reviews at 4.5/5, 69% five-star) suggests support is not systematically failing. The honest caveat: a competitor comparison flags inefficient support, a rival source we could not corroborate, and there is no published SLA.

Landbot's support is more uneven. One reviewer got a phone call within 12 hours; two Trustpilot users report month-long waits and unhelpful guides. The structural reason is documented: Landbot moved to an AI-first support model in early 2025, pausing its human agent team, and complex WhatsApp API issues are exactly where that hurts. Documentation is solid on both sides, and neither publishes a standard-plan SLA. So Treble wins for LatAm teams needing Spanish or Portuguese support, Landbot's reliability is the weaker bet for complex WhatsApp problems.

Landbot

Choose Landbot if you mostly self-serve via docs and want a dedicated manager on Business.

Treble

Choose Treble if you need Spanish or Portuguese specialist support in real time.

Round 5 · Available integrations

05 Round 5: broad catalog vs deep CRM sync.

Landbot
3.6/5
Tie
Treble
3.6/5
Our verdictAvailable integrations · Tie

Tied at 3.6, and this is the cleanest tie of the five because the two tools optimise for different stacks. Landbot lists 16 native integrations and covers the automation ecosystem properly: Zapier, Make and n8n natively, plus Stripe, Calendly, Google Sheets, Slack and the LLM connections for AI Agent mode. The catch is that HubSpot and Airtable sit behind the Pro plan at €100/mo, so the two most common CRM and database connectors need an upgrade.

Treble goes narrow but deep. Its native HubSpot sync is bidirectional and real time, and it is the most validated connector in either stack (1,000+ installs at 4.5/5 on the HubSpot Marketplace), with native Salesforce alongside. Google Sheets and a documented REST API round it out, plus the free Trebot Chrome extension that auto-syncs WhatsApp chats into HubSpot. The honest gap: a native Zapier connector is not confirmed for Treble, so Zapier-centric teams may be routing through the REST API. Breadth and the Zapier/Make/n8n stack go to Landbot, real-time HubSpot and Salesforce sync goes to Treble. Even round.

Landbot

Choose Landbot if you live in the Zapier, Make or n8n automation stack.

Treble

Choose Treble if HubSpot or Salesforce real-time sync is the backbone of your setup.

FAQ · 10 questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Is Landbot or Treble cheaper for WhatsApp?
Landbot is the only one with a confirmed, published WhatsApp price: WhatsApp Starter at €80/mo, rising to WhatsApp Pro at €200/mo with 10,000 service messages. Treble publishes nothing, every paid plan goes through a sales demo, and a third-party source puts its Starter around $99/mo (unverified). On top of either platform, Meta's per-template API fee applies since the July 2025 billing change. So for pure price transparency and a low WhatsApp entry, Landbot wins. With Treble you cannot model the bill until you have a quote and have estimated Meta's per-template rates at your send volume.
  • What is the difference between Landbot and Treble?
Landbot is a general-purpose no-code chatbot builder that works across web chat, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, with published pricing and self-serve sign-up. Treble is a WhatsApp-only marketing and automation platform built for Latin American B2C, with bulk broadcasts, click-to-WhatsApp ad flows and native bidirectional HubSpot and Salesforce sync, but no public pricing. Landbot is broad and transparent, Treble is narrow and deep. If you need more than one channel or a budget you can model up front, Landbot fits. If WhatsApp is your whole channel and you run a CRM-centric LatAm operation, Treble fits.
  • Landbot vs Treble vs Wati, which is cheapest for WhatsApp?
Wati publishes pricing starting around $59/mo with self-serve sign-up and is generally the most accessible for SMBs. Landbot starts at €80/mo for WhatsApp (WhatsApp Starter, published). Treble shows no public price, with a third-party source citing roughly $99/mo for Starter (unverified) and a sales demo required. For pure price transparency and low-cost WhatsApp entry, Wati and Landbot both beat Treble. Remember that all three then add Meta's per-template fee on top since July 2025, so the platform subscription is only part of the real bill at campaign volume.
  • Can you migrate from Treble to Landbot?
There is no native migration tool between them. Treble's flows are WhatsApp-only, while Landbot supports WhatsApp and web, so migrating means rebuilding conversation flows in Landbot's visual canvas and reconnecting integrations. Your HubSpot or Salesforce data stays in the CRM regardless, so the real migration risk is flow logic and WhatsApp number porting, which follows Meta's number transfer process between business solution providers. That process is confirmed but timelines vary. Plan to rebuild flow by flow rather than expecting an import, and test each flow before pointing your live number at the new platform.
  • What changed in WhatsApp API pricing in July 2025, and how does it affect Landbot and Treble?
On 1 July 2025 Meta deprecated conversation-based billing and switched to per-template-sent billing. Every marketing, utility or authentication template now incurs a per-message fee that varies by country and category. This affects both tools: Landbot adds €0.05 per template on top of Meta's fee, while Treble passes Meta's fee straight through on top of its platform subscription. Teams running high-volume broadcasts saw variable cost rise. Classification also tightened, satisfaction surveys now count as marketing templates. Most older comparison articles miss this change, which is why their cost estimates for either tool are out of date.
  • Which is best for WhatsApp chatbots in Latin America?
Treble is the LatAm-native pick. It is a Colombian Y Combinator company, an official Meta BSP since 2019 (one of the first in the region), offers native Spanish and Portuguese support, supports audio messages (a default LatAm behaviour) and lists Rappi, Xiaomi and Education First among its customers. Landbot is Spanish-founded in Barcelona and the WhatsApp API it connects to works globally including LatAm, but its interface is English-primary with no native Spanish product UI. For a LatAm B2C operation on WhatsApp with HubSpot or Salesforce, Treble fits the market better. For a transparent, multi-channel build, Landbot still competes.
  • Does Treble have a built-in CRM and does Landbot?
Neither is a CRM. Treble has no built-in CRM at all, contact management lives in HubSpot or Salesforce via its native bidirectional integrations, which is exactly why that sync matters so much. The free Trebot Chrome extension can also push WhatsApp chats into HubSpot at $0 as a lightweight on-ramp. Landbot is not a CRM either, but it connects to HubSpot and Airtable natively from its Pro plan (€100/mo), and to almost anything else through Zapier, Make or n8n. So if you already run HubSpot or Salesforce, Treble's real-time sync is the deeper option, while Landbot leans on the broader automation ecosystem to bridge gaps.
  • Landbot vs Treble for e-commerce WhatsApp automation?
Treble includes an in-chat product catalogue using WhatsApp's catalogue feature and supports audio messages, both relevant for LatAm e-commerce where voice notes are common, plus native broadcast tooling for promotions. Landbot includes Stripe payment collection natively and broader multi-channel coverage across web and WhatsApp. For a pure WhatsApp e-commerce play in Latin America, Treble's catalogue and broadcast tools edge it. For a web-plus-WhatsApp hybrid where you want to collect payment inside the flow and deploy a website widget too, Landbot wins. The deciding factor is whether your store is WhatsApp-only or genuinely multi-channel.
  • Can Landbot do WhatsApp broadcasts like Treble?
Not natively. Bulk broadcast campaigns with audience segmentation are a core Treble feature, designed for sending mass WhatsApp messages to targeted segments, which is one of the main reasons LatAm B2C teams choose it. Landbot's strength is conversational flows and lead qualification rather than mass outbound broadcasting, and it does not list native broadcast tooling. If your strategy is fundamentally outbound, sending campaigns to a large WhatsApp audience, Treble is purpose-built for that loop. If your strategy is inbound, capturing and qualifying conversations across web and WhatsApp, Landbot's flow builder is the better fit. Match the tool to the direction of your messaging.
  • Is Treble legit, and why is its review footprint so thin?
Treble is a real, established company: founded in 2019, a Y Combinator Summer 2019 cohort, a $15M Series A in July 2022 led by Tiger Global and Twilio, and an official Meta BSP since 2019. It reports 2,000+ companies and 350M+ conversations, with named customers including Rappi, Xiaomi and Education First. The thin footprint is a quirk of where its customers are: Capterra shows 0 verified reviews and TrustRadius has insufficient ratings, so the most substantive public signal is the HubSpot Marketplace (roughly 55 reviews at 4.5/5, 69% five-star). The company and product are clearly legitimate, the independent review evidence is just lighter than the customer list suggests.
