Instapage edges the only round it wins, 3.8 to 3.7, and the Trustpilot reviews carry it. Multiple 2026 reviewers name agents and praise sub-5-minute chat responses, one even credits a specific agent who walked them through a fix step by step. That is a strong signal for recent support quality on the paid plans. The honest caveat sits in the plan structure: Create is email-only with no stated SLA, and one G2 reviewer had an account cancelled without notice with email as the only channel and live pages going offline.
