How Much Does Airia Cost?

The real price of the enterprise AI agent platform, tier by tier, caps included.

Short answer: Airia has a free plan (100 executions a month, 1 user, 10 agents, $10 credit), then paid plans at $50/month (Individual) and $250/month (Team, the most popular). But the sticker price does not tell the whole story: what really matters is the execution cap. The Team plan tops out at 10,000 executions a month, which a production workload chews through quickly, and the moment you cross it, the only door is a quote-only Enterprise tier with no published price. We walk through every tier, what drives the bill up, and the real cost for your profile.

What each Airia plan costs

These are Airia's four tiers. The price tracks two things: how many agent executions you run per month and how much governance you need. It is not seats that drive the bill, the Team plan gives you unlimited users, it is the execution cap. Prices shown monthly, taken from the official page.

Prices checked June 2026 on airia.com/pricing and cross-referenced on G2. Airia bills per agent execution, not per seat: the Team plan includes unlimited users but caps at 10,000 executions a month. The signup credit ($10 to $30) covers initial model consumption. The exact mechanism beyond the cap is not detailed publicly, check the official page.

What drives the bill up

Airia is billed per execution

The sticker price does not depend on how many people are on your team, but on the volume of agents and executions, plus the level of governance. Here are the real cost levers.

Agent executions (the real cap)

This is the limit that matters. Free gives you 100 executions/month, Individual 1,000, Team 10,000. A multi-agent production workload burns that quota fast, and beyond the Team plan, the only door is an Enterprise quote. This is cost lever number one.

Governance level

The real enterprise building blocks (SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom SLA, on-premise or private cloud deployment, dedicated support) are reserved for the Enterprise tier, quote-only. Below that, you do not get those guarantees, even paying $250/month for Team.

AI model usage

Airia routes across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and Meta, and model consumption is billed. The signup credit ($10 on Free and Individual, $30 on Team) absorbs the start. The billing detail beyond that is not published, check the official page before you commit.

Number of agents and admins

The agent cap climbs from 10 (Free, Individual) to 20 (Team) then unlimited (Enterprise). On the control side, Team adds 10 admins, Enterprise makes them unlimited. These caps do not bill anything extra on their own, but they force the upgrade once you hit them.

  • Just want to test the builder? The free plan (100 executions) is enough.
  • Doing real solo work? Individual at $50 gives you 1,000 executions.
  • Going to production as a team? Team at $250 and its unlimited users, but watch the 10,000-execution cap.
  • Need SSO, audit logs or an SLA? Those blocks live on Enterprise only, quote-only.
  • Routing several models? Model usage is billed on top of the signup credit.

How we size the real cost

Airia's sticker price does not tell you what you actually pay, because the real driver is execution volume, not headcount. To size the real cost, we think in use-case profiles: how many executions a month, what level of governance, which cap you hit. Here is the breakdown.

Estimates on the published tiers (June 2026). Airia bills per execution, not per seat: it is the volume of agents and executions that sets the price, not team size. The moment you pass Team's 10,000 executions, the only documented path is an Enterprise quote, with no published rate.

Is Airia expensive?

Airia's price versus the alternatives

Airia blends orchestration, security and governance into a single layer, which changes the comparison. Here is how its entry prices line up against Lindy and MindStudio, two lighter agent builders on the governance side.

Entry prices checked June 2026. Different billing models.

Lindy

MindStudio

  • Free plan (1,000 runs/month)
  • Model usage billed at cost, no markup
  • Fast no-code, simpler onboarding

Entry prices checked June 2026 on the official pages. Airia's differentiator is not the entry price, it is the combined orchestration plus security plus governance stack that Lindy and MindStudio do not match. In return, those two start cheaper and target smaller teams. The choice comes down to your need for governance and multi-model routing, not the entry ticket alone.

The verdict

So, is Airia expensive?

Our take after testing it: the entry price is reasonable, but the real cost hinges on your execution volume and the opacity of the Enterprise tier. Here is when it pays off, and how to pay less.

Good value if…

You are an organization running multi-model AI at scale that needs governance, routing and compliance in one place. At that level, the Team plan at $250/month with unlimited users is competitive, and folding several tools behind a single layer can pay for itself.

Less appealing if…

You are a small team or a solo builder who just wants a simple AI assistant. The free plan (100 executions) is too thin to evaluate seriously, the real start is at $50, and Airia's full value only lands at enterprise scale. Below that threshold, tools like Lindy or MindStudio come out cheaper.

How to pay less

Start on the free plan to validate the builder, move to Individual at $50 only when you run out of executions, and use the signup credit ($10 to $30) to test the paid features. Before aiming at Enterprise, size your real execution volume: that is what decides whether Team is enough or you need to negotiate a quote.

  • Start on the free plan: 100 executions/month, no credit card.
  • Use the signup credit ($10 to $30) to test the paid models.
  • Move up a tier only when you hit the execution cap.
  • Only aim at Enterprise if you need SSO, audit logs or an SLA.
  • Compare with Lindy and MindStudio if governance is not your main need.
Pricing FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Airia pricing

  • How much does Airia cost per month?
Airia has four tiers. Free is $0 forever (1 user, 100 executions a month, 10 agents, $10 credit). Individual is $50 a month (1 user, 1,000 executions). Team, the most popular plan, is $250 a month (unlimited users, 10,000 executions, 20 agents, 10 admins, $30 credit). Enterprise is quote-only and adds SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom SLAs, flexible cloud, private cloud or on-premise deployment, and dedicated support. The thing to budget for: the Team plan caps at 10,000 executions a month, which a production workload can drain fast.
  • Does Airia have a free plan?
Yes, Airia has a free plan at $0 forever with no credit card. It includes one user, 100 executions a month, up to 10 agents and a $10 signup credit. It is enough to explore the Agent Builder and the Prototyping Studio, but 100 executions a month is too thin for a real production load. The next step is Individual at $50 a month for 1,000 executions, then Team at $250 a month for 10,000 executions and unlimited users. If you just want to feel out the no-code builder, the free tier does the job before you spend anything.
  • How much does Airia's Team plan cost?
Airia's Team plan costs $250 a month. It is the tier marked most popular, and it gives you unlimited users (with 10 admins), 10,000 agent executions a month, up to 20 agents, limited reporting and a $30 signup credit. The good part is that users are unlimited, so a team of 5 or 50 pays the same platform rate. The watch-out is the 10,000-execution cap: a real multi-agent production workload can consume it fast, and beyond it the only documented tier is Enterprise, with no published price.
  • How much does Airia's Enterprise plan cost?
Airia's Enterprise plan is quote-only, Airia publishes no public price. It adds the enterprise-grade building blocks missing from the lower tiers: SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom SLAs, flexible cloud, private cloud or on-premise deployment, dedicated support, and custom executions and agents. This is the tier where most of Airia's relevant customers land, but the total absence of a published rate is a real planning problem: you cannot budget Airia at the scale it is built for without going through sales. Request a quote after sizing your real execution volume first.
  • Why does Airia bill per execution instead of per seat?
It is the model choice that sets Airia apart. On the Team plan, users are unlimited, so it is not the number of people that sets the price, but the volume of agent executions a month (100 on Free, 1,000 on Individual, 10,000 on Team). In practice, a large team that runs few agents pays less than a small team running workflows around the clock. That is consistent with a platform built for production: it is the real agent usage, not the size of the organization, that costs. The flip side is you have to estimate your execution volume before picking a tier.
  • Is Airia a good fit for small teams or startups?
Mostly no, and Airia is fairly explicit about it. The platform is built for large enterprises running multi-model AI at scale, the kind that would spend $50,000 or more a month across providers. The free and Individual ($50) tiers exist, but the full value, governance, red teaming, compliance reporting and intelligent routing, only counts once you have real scale and existing enterprise systems to integrate. For a solo founder or a small startup that wants a quick, simple AI assistant, the learning curve and integration work are hard to justify. Tools like Lindy or MindStudio fit that profile better and start cheaper.
  • Is there a discount for paying Airia annually?
Airia shows no annual discount on its pricing page: the Free ($0), Individual ($50) and Team ($250) prices are presented monthly. So there is no confirmed public annual rebate, unlike many SaaS tools. Check directly with Airia or its sales team if you are after a long commitment, especially on the Enterprise tier where everything is negotiated anyway. The real lever to pay less is not annual billing, it is sizing your tier well: do not pay for Team if Individual covers your execution volume, and do not add Enterprise until you need SSO, audit logs or an SLA.
  • What is the best free alternative to Airia?
It depends which part of Airia you are replacing. For model routing and observability on a budget, the open-source gateways LiteLLM and Portkey cover that block for a fraction of the cost, but give you neither an agent builder nor a governance suite. For no-code agent building, MindStudio offers a free plan (1,000 runs a month) and faster onboarding. Lindy also has a free plan (400 credits) aimed at SMBs. None of them match Airia's combined orchestration plus security plus governance stack, so a free alternative often means picking one module and accepting you lose the rest. Airia's free tier (100 executions a month) mainly exists for pure evaluation.
  • Does Airia's signup credit cover AI model usage?
Airia gives a signup credit of $10 on the Free and Individual plans, and $30 on the Team plan. This credit absorbs AI model consumption at the start, since Airia routes requests to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral or Meta and that usage is billed. It is handy for testing paid features with no immediate spend, but it is a one-time credit, not a recurring monthly allowance. Beyond it, the billing detail for model consumption is not stated publicly on the pricing page, so check directly with Airia before committing to large volumes.
  • What happens if I exceed my executions on Airia?
This is the tightest point in Airia's pricing. Each tier has a monthly agent-execution cap: 100 on Free, 1,000 on Individual, 10,000 on Team. A multi-agent production workload can drain the Team quota quickly, and the only documented tier above it is Enterprise, quote-only. The exact mechanism when you go over, a hard stop, billing per extra execution, or a forced move to a higher tier, is not detailed publicly on the pricing page. Before you commit, estimate your real execution volume and confirm the overage policy directly with Airia to avoid a nasty surprise.
