The Attio agency.A CRM your team trusts.

Attio is a modern, data-driven CRM, but a blank workspace handed to a team is just an empty database. We design the data model around how you sell, build the lists, workflows and enrichment, wire it to your stack, and migrate you off your old CRM without losing data.

What we do

An Attio agency designs the model, not just opens a workspace.

Anyone can sign up for the seats. Designing the data model so it fits how you sell, building the lists and workflows, and migrating your old CRM cleanly is a different job. Here are the four things we own.

Method · 4 stages

We set up Attio around your data model, not a template.

Most Attio rollouts stall the same way: a workspace opened, generic objects, no clean model, no workflows, so reps keep living in spreadsheets and the CRM goes stale. So we treat it as a data platform: a model designed around how you sell, lists and views per role, workflows that automate the busywork, and a clean migration off the old CRM.

  • Audit · map your motion, your data and where your current CRM slows you down
  • Model · objects, attributes and relationships designed around how you sell
  • Build · lists, views, workflows and enrichment, wired to your real stack
  • Migrate & enable · move your data cleanly, then train the team so it sticks

We run Attio ourselves as an automation agency.

We don't sell a partner tier. We use Attio as our own CRM and automate around it, so we set it up the way it actually scales: a clean object model, lists and views per role, native workflows, and migrations done without losing data. That's exactly what's missing when a rollout ends at opening a workspace.

  • We run Attio ourselves as an automation agency, so we set the data model the way it scales, not the way a generic template suggests.
  • Migrations done clean: fields mapped, records deduped, notes, activity and owners kept, and verified before you cut over from the old CRM.
  • You leave autonomous: the model, lists and workflows live in your workspace, documented, so your team owns it without us.
  • No partner badge to sell. We're judged on whether your team actually works out of Attio after we leave, not on a tier.

What we set up

Attio at the core, your go-to-market stack around it.

We configure the parts that turn a blank workspace into a CRM your team trusts, then connect them to how you already sell. Here's what a real setup covers.

Free audit · 60 minutes

We map your CRM motion, you leave with a plan.

Before quoting anything, we take 60 minutes to look at how you sell, your current CRM and where your data goes stale. You leave with an honest read on whether Attio fits, what data model to start from, and what to migrate first. Zero pitch, just an operator's take on your CRM.

  • An honest read on whether Attio fits your motion
  • The data model and lists to build first
  • The workflows and enrichment worth automating
  • A frank take on what it won't fix

Our approach

How we run an Attio setup.

Five steps, in order. We don't move your data before the model is right, we don't ship workflows that fire off random actions, and your team owns it at the end. Each step has a deliverable and you sign off before we move on.

  1. Step 1 · CRM audit

Map how you sell and where the current CRM slows you down

We sit down with sales, ops and leadership and look at the real motion: how leads come in, how deals move, what gets reported, and where data goes stale or duplicated. We check your current CRM and the tools around it. Half the value is telling you whether Attio fits your case or not, so you don't migrate a process onto a tool that won't fix it.

  2. Step 2 · Data model

Design objects, attributes and relationships around your motion

We model Attio around how you actually work: standard companies and people plus the custom objects you need, with the right attribute types, relationships between objects and dedup rules. We design the lists and views each role works from before any data moves, so the structure is right first. Someone on your side signs off on the model before we build on it.

  3. Step 3 · Build workflows & enrichment

Lists, views and automations that run without anyone remembering

We build the lists and views each team works from, then wire workflows that trigger on stage changes, field updates or time: routing, follow-up tasks, status updates and enrichment, with AI steps where they help. We set up real-time email and calendar sync so the timeline fills itself, and enrichment that adds firmographic data to records. The busywork gets automated; the selling stays with your team.

  4. Step 4 · Integrate & migrate

Connect your stack, then move your data cleanly

We integrate the tools around Attio through native connectors and the API (outbound, billing, support, your data warehouse) so the CRM reads and writes the rest of your stack. Then we migrate you off HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or spreadsheets: fields mapped to the new model, records deduped, notes, activity and owners kept, and everything verified before cutover so nothing is lost.

  5. Step 5 · Enable & hand over

Train the team, then get out of the way

We train your team on the daily workflow that makes Attio stick: working out of lists and views, updating deals, trusting the timeline and reports. The model and automations are documented so new hires inherit them. If you want to go deeper on automation and AI on top of your CRM, our team covers that. If you want us on call for what scales next, we talk about that separately.

Proof · what the teams say

We're judged on the CRM that gets used.

No partner badge to display, so we lead with what matters: feedback from the teams whose Attio setup or migration we ran, and whether they actually work out of it after we left. Our Trustpilot reviews come from those teams, not from a marketing deck.

  • The model, lists and workflows live in your workspace, owned by your team
  • Migrations verified in staging before any cutover
  • Enrichment and email sync set up so data stays current
  • Trustpilot reviews come from the teams we set it up for

FAQ · Attio agency 2026

The questions we get asked on repeat.

  • What does an Attio agency actually do?
An Attio agency sets up the CRM so your team actually works out of it, instead of leaving you a blank workspace nobody configured. We design the data model with the objects, attributes and relationships that fit how you sell, build the lists, views and workflows each team needs, set up real-time email and calendar sync plus data enrichment, integrate the tools around it through the API, and migrate you off your old CRM without losing data. The point is a CRM your team trusts and reports from, not another tool that sits half-empty.
  • How much does an Attio setup or migration cost?
It depends on scope: a clean data model and a few lists and workflows is nothing like a full migration off Salesforce with custom objects, enrichment and a dozen integrations. We don't throw out a flat package. We start with a free 60-minute audit to map your motion and find what Attio actually needs to do for you, then quote a fixed scope. The Attio subscription itself you pay Attio directly; we set up the workspace and seats so the model stays clean and the bill predictable.
  • Can you migrate us off HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce to Attio?
Yes, and that's where most of the care goes. We map your old fields to the new Attio data model, dedupe records, keep notes, activity, owners and history intact, and verify everything in a staging pass before cutover so nothing is lost. We migrate from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion or spreadsheets. The hard part isn't moving rows, it's restructuring the data to fit Attio's object model so you don't carry your old CRM's mess into the new one.
  • What can Attio workflows and automations actually do?
Attio workflows trigger on stage changes, field updates, record creation or time-based conditions, then run actions like routing, follow-up tasks, status updates, notifications and enrichment, with AI steps that can classify, summarize notes or fill attributes. For the common cases you don't need a separate Zapier layer, it's native. We scope each workflow to a real job in your motion and test it, so automation removes busywork without firing off actions nobody asked for.
  • How does Attio data enrichment and email sync work?
When you connect email and calendar, Attio syncs activity in real time and builds a shared timeline on each record automatically, so reps stop logging calls by hand. Enrichment then identifies people and company domains and pulls public data, job titles, company size, location, funding, social links, straight onto your records. We set up both, decide which attributes to enrich and keep it clean, so your data is current without a manual data-entry tax on the team.
  • How is Attio different from HubSpot or Salesforce, and is it right for us?
Attio is a modern, data-driven CRM built on a flexible object model: you model any entity as a custom object, work from lists and views, and automate with native workflows, which makes it fast and clean for startups and B2B teams that want control over their data structure. It is not the right fit for everyone. If your org is deeply embedded in a heavy enterprise CRM ecosystem, or you need a mature all-in-one marketing-automation suite built into the CRM, we'll tell you that in the audit rather than sell you a migration you'll regret.
  • Can we build custom objects and reports in Attio?
Yes, custom objects are the core of the model. Beyond standard companies and people, you can model deals, subscriptions, partners, investors, properties, anything your motion needs, with their own attributes and relationships to other objects. We design those during the data-model step. On top, we build the reports leadership reads: pipeline, conversion, activity, so the numbers come from Attio in real time instead of a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays.
  • Do you train our team or just set it up?
Both, and the training is where adoption is won or lost. A CRM nobody knows how to drive gets half-filled and abandoned. We train your team on the daily workflow, working out of lists and views, updating deals, trusting the timeline and the reports, and document the model and automations so new hires inherit them. If you want to layer automation and AI on top of your CRM later, we cover that too, so your team can extend Attio without us.
